Brandon was our tech. He was prompt, attentive, and very polite. He completed our garage door tuneup replacing the old rollers with nylon rollers, lubricating all moving parts and making sure all screws were tight and door was in alignment. I would recommend Atlanta Entry Systems to any of my friends and neighbors.

We just purchased a home and had two home inspector noted issues related to our garage door. I placed a service request through Home Advisor at 12:35 pm and then called to confirm the requirements of the project. I spoke to Taylor who confirmed he would arrive at 2:00. His truck pulled up right on time. Taylor diagnosed my problem and corrected it quickly. Although they had a defect in their door seal carried on the truck, we made arrangements for them to come back the next morning with the right seal. I wasn't going to be home, but Taylor suggested I give them the garage door code, which solved the problem - I didn't even think of it. I changed the code after, which is what the key pad is meant to do after all. Taylor also gave me an education on garage door systems while he inspected our door, springs, opener and hardware. I view a fully inspected and functioning garage door as a safety component for our home. I now have piece of mind that comes with having a professional firm like Atlanta Entry Systems inspect and repair our garage door.

Taylor came right over and was finished in no time. Then he lubricated all hinges and rollers. Great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

WOW! I do not often write reviews, but I have so many positive things to say. Fast response. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Professional. And the job was done quickly! They really know what they are doing. I went over all the issues and items needed for repair and approved all the prices with Branden. When he was finished, he added everything up and realized he could save me over $100 as all the items were offered together under a package deal they had. I would have never known! I was impressed by the integrity that showed. I recommend them highly.
