I have had issues with garage door companies in the past trying to upsell while they are here. This company showed up on time, listened to the issue and made the repair. They did not try to upsell, but did state what they could see as possible issues in the future. I would definitely use them again.

They had a very fast response time! Diagnosed the problem with the door and fixed it and were gone. Great customer service. Will use them again if needed.

They came out and adjusted the eye. It stopped working again shortly after. They returned and did additional work. They left and the door opener in the house which they had installed would not work. They came back out and quickly repaired the problem at no additional cost. Very responsive. Would hire again.

To charge $285 to set torsion springs and put in a hinge in 8 minutes is a total ripoff. The installer good guy and polite.
