They arrived within 3 hours of request even though after hours (5 PM) on a weeknight. Very knowledgeable, efficient and made repair quickly. I had a broken "torsion spring" The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but they were clear on the costs upfront and I could have sent them away with just the price of service call. This company is well run and communicates well with customers.

The garage technician did call and he was early to the appointment. He did finish repairing both garage springs in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the work the technician did and answered all of my questions regarding the garage door.

I was able to schedule my appointment at 8:00 at night right after the garage door spring broke. The technician was early, explained everything thoroughly, and was finished quickly. He also cleaned up after himself and the price was very reasonable.

They were just great. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do. He verified how much time we had to care of the problem. We were just impressed.

In addition to the quality of work that was done (replacement of garage door spring), I was very pleased with the communication and promptness. I received a phone call letting me know that my appointment was confirmed, verifying the appointment time and address. Then we received another phone call from the tech providing us with an update when he would be arriving to our home. He did a great job quickly repairing the issue, and getting our garage door working again. Highly recommended.

After 6 years our garage doors finally fit the space tight and secure. The guys serviced the Motor, doors, installed new 2x8 framing and new weather stripping . They promised this would make the garage doors like new. It did. We give them an A+ along with excellent customer service.
