Description of Work: The company replace my entire downstairs flooring due to a burst water pipe in the foundation. The homeowner insurance paid for the cost and CRM took all of my insurance claim and replace my flooring with inexpensive flooring which was improperly installed and I had to replace the flooring again at my expense. A lesson learn is not to divulged your insurance claim to a contractor without getting an estimate of the total cost to perform the job. I was too overwhelmed with the water damage until I did not think about what I was doing and I trusted the contractor would do the right thing.
