They were great! They moved all the furniture by themselves and put everything back where it belonged. They even got tough stains up that I didn't think would come up!

.They came and did what they needed to do. They could not get all of the odors out of the carpet. On the phone they said they used enzymes to get out smells, but the guy that came said they could not get urine smell out.

They were good. I was pleased with their services.

When the appointment was made I was told they would arrive between 8 A & 8:30 A The came at 8:10 a.m. There were 2 workers. They introduced themselves and explained what was told to them as to what we had requested and the cost. Everything we were told over the phone was exactly what they repeated to us and what we wanted. The only had a few chairs to move. No heavy funiture. They explained step by step what was to occur and when they had completed the work, they asked us to inspect it and we did. The quality of their work was excellant. They were professional and we highly recommend them. We will certainly use them again.

Excellent! Got a call to confirm and remind; no problem changing appointment at relatively short notice; came right on time; cleaned carpets in five rooms, closets, stairs, took the time to deoderize carpets and "rake" up seven years worth of cat hair. Gave advice on ways to control cat hair and litter box mess in the house. Also took a donation for Golden Harvest Food Bank! Two people worked really hard for almost three hours, twice the time they estimated it would take, but they spent the time to do a good job. In contrast, a roofer came over and sealed some vents, spent 15 minutes on the roof, used a quart of tar, and charged me $175.00.

They did a great job. They were competent. They use a steam process and it is a wetter process. We prefer our regular carpet cleaners because the chemicals they use are easier on the carpet. We would use Stanley Steemer again if our regular carpet cleaner were not available.

I had some renters in my house and they didn't take care of the carpets. Stanley Steemer did an excellent job of cleaning it up as much as possible. They were right on time.

I think they do they good. They are very professional and always very efficient. Overall they do a really good job. They came on time and are respectful of my home.
