Description of Work: They spray for insects in and around home. They are not (used to be a few years back) always dependable (i.e. show up /skip appointment) without notification. When asking contractor, they don't even realize they were coming until morning of service. The person in charge of dispatch needs to do better and communicate with EVERY household they spray.

Description of Work: They come to my house bi-monthly and spray the inside and outside of my house. I also had an occasion I suspected a mouse had gotten into the cabinet under the kitchen sink and called them. They have been quite professional, prompt, answered my unscheduled request promptly, and have worked with me when I had to change the scheduled visit. I have signed a contract with them for regular treatments, and have been quite pleased with their work. The same technician comes each time, so I know who to expect and he is familiar with my home and needs. They send emails reminding me of their upcoming visit, and always come when scheduled. They did have to reschedule my visit once due to problems on their end, but called far enough ahead that I did not have any difficulty altering my scheduled plans to accommodate their change. |I highly recommend this company to take care of pest solutions with reliable and competent service.
