Description of Work: They provided pest control/termite work at my home. Called several times when they forgot the gate code - annoying. Approximately $100 higher than competitors. Not proactive in pest control. Had to be asked to provide services their 'experts" should have known to do. One of the service men smoked and I would always find butts outside when they left.

Description of Work: We had a termite infestation and they came out did an inspection, explained prices thoroughly, provided an estimate, and performed the job. They were extremely professional and friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend Allgood. I love the way they will always send the same person to perform any service or follow up inflections. If they are sending someone different you receive an email with a picture of the person so you feel safe knowing who exactly is going to be at your door.

Description of Work: We have a termite warranty with them on 3 properties. They did the initial inspection and 1st treatment in the past and do a yearly inspection and treatment. Service and rates have been great. I did have one problem, when they first chged their address the po box got closed and a couple of my checks go held up in the transfer with the post office. However, the worked very hard and patiently with me and were very good about working thru solving the problem and keeping me informed with the progress. I was real please with the way they approached the problem, realized it was their problem, researched it, keep me informed and resolved it on their end. The situation has now been resolved and they have their mail issue corrected.
