Description of Work: I have what is called the Family Protection Plan, which equates to indoor/ outdoor pest extermination. A few things I really like about the company is the automated processes and e-mail notifications. I receive an e-mail with the date of the service to be performed along with a picture of the technician, so I know who to expect everytime. I receive my bill online, and I can pay online if I so choose. I live in a heavily wooded area, and have my share of spiders and a mouse. Webs are dusted from outdoor areas, and when I had the mouse; the technician was more than patient with me (and my fear). I have nothing bad to say about my overall experience, continue to use them and recommend to others.

Description of Work: The service provider services two homes and ensures that both homes have been protected against pests. The results of the service are immediate in that pests are not in the houses and are dead outside both homes. The employee that comes to service our homes has a good relationship with the owners and is very personable and caring. He is always professional and smiling when doing his job. He always encourages us to call him if a problem arises that need attention. We plan to use this service on a long term basis.

Description of Work: We have had an ongoing contract with Allgood since we built out home 6 years ago. They handle our termite protection, also. Our assigned service provider, Shane, is prompt and professional, and has helped us handle yellow jackets in our foundation, and an epic infestation of Argentinian ants over the years. He is very careful not to spray inside the house itself where our grandchildren play.
