Description of Work: They originally came because I found termites in my wall. They located the termites, installed a small door panel in the wall to provide their insecticide, used unscented pesticide and I haven't seen a termite since then. That was two years ago. I am now under a preventative maintenance agreement. They come and check the bait system that surrounds the house for that $230 cost. All the people that have come to my house from that company have been professional and respectful.

Description of Work: Had them install Sentricon bait system as part of the special Angie's deal. I was very impressed. They were able to get out very quickly (just a couple of days) and were extremely prompt. Actually, due to a scheduling snafu, I had them show up twice. Both representatives were very professional and courteous. I'll definitely be giving them another go for my future pest control needs.

Description of Work: They inspected the crawl space under the house for signs of termite activity. Next they put bait stations every 10 feet for the perimiter of the house. The represenative was very knoledgeable and professional. I was most impressed by the technician that showed up at my house.

Description of Work: Their representatives are always professional and courteous. We never encounter live insects but find dead ones showing that the treatments work. I also use their termite service and am completely satisfied. This is an additional cost.

Description of Work: I got a discounted treatment through an app for Allgood. I wasn't sure what to expect. Very polite on the phone when I was scheduling my appointment (they can come after 5, so that's also good). The gentleman arrived on time and did a great job, he was great all around.
