Hi( members name removed) , I know we had a problem between Stan, our estimator, and the crew leader, Jose, regarding the colors. My apologies that this part did not go smoothly, and my apologies that I was even confused when I called you to discuss which color was requested. Sadly, we disappointed this good customer greatly and that is never our intent. If things don’t go as planned, it is our intention to correct the situation and provide professional care and service. Apparently, our efforts did not reach that expectation in this instance. For those reading our reviews, please understand: we have a review process with our customers, and we are always open to homeowners pointing out any unforeseen situations. Each item that was pointed out was addressed and corrected. We have a full time production manager that is a liaison to help make that process easier for the homeowner if they are not comfortable pointing out situations with the crew. Our production manager is on site and very involved to see that we make good on our promises. The wood repairs we provided were the majority of the cost and were completed to the homeowner's satisfaction. We suggested painting the stucco of the two story home the original color. The homeowner requested a darker color for the stucco. Please understand we went through many great lengths to come to a happy resolution. If things happen, we do the right thing and go the extra mile to solve the situation. We are a service driven company. Service is number one to us. I hope the reader would take into consideration the many steps we took to resolve this situation.Service Provider Response
