Allen's Appliance Repair

This is by far the worst appliance company I’ve ever dealt with. Marvin and Stephanie Nickens are the most unprofessional individuals I’ve encountered in any service industry, and I genuinely have no idea how they are still in business. Marvin came out to inspect my appliance—it took him all of three minutes to assess the issue. He said a part needed to be ordered and that he’d be back to complete the repair. After that, I heard nothing for seven days. On day 10, I called to follow up and spoke with Stephanie, who vaguely said the part had been ordered and “should be in any day.” I called again four days later, specifically asking for a concrete date, and was told it would be in “by the end of the week.” The end of the week came—no part, no repair, and no response from Stephanie. I finally spoke with Marvin again and mentioned how unprofessional Stephanie had been. Instead of addressing the issue, he told me to speak with his boss, but refused to provide any contact information. When I pointed out the inconsistencies and lack of professionalism, Marvin got defensive and started making excuses. At one point, he actually said, “My washer works, but yours doesn’t.” That line alone tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats its customers. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else. 0/10, would not recommend.

The gentleman that came was very nice and efficient and professional.  I was very happy with their services.

It was excellent service. They where here when they said they would be. They found the problem, ordered the parts and installed it as soon as it came in. We were extremely happy with the services.
