Wouldn't you know that when Steven started checking my door opener, it started working properly? Steven checked everything out and explained that he found the sensor beams very slightly misaligned so he adjusted them and suggested I get lubricant for the spring so that the operation would be quieter., which I have done. Steven was extremely cordial, and I will most definitely call him again with any issues which arise. Thank you for offering such exceptional craftsmen.
