Good overall. They have been cleaning our house regularly for the last 3 months. They are punctual and professional. Denise does a great job communicating and making sure that everything is done well. We had them also do windows the first time and while pricy they did a good job. Overall in my experience they pay attention to more details than other companies and try hard to make sure you're satisfied. The only downfall I have found is price...but overall, you get what you pay for.

My husband and I were moving out of our rented townhome and wanted to hand it over to our landlord clean. I left a message in the morning and Joe responded within an hour or so and was able to send a team out later that afternoon. Joe was professional and responsive and the team did a thorough job. I am not in the habit of hiring cleaning services however I did think that $270 to clean an empty townhome was pretty expensive (no windows) however I didn't shop around so I really can't complain. I will be shopping around for a regular service to clean our new home and if their prices are competitive, I would definitely consider hiring Home Cleaning Centers of America again.

We changed just for cost reduction returning to a previous company. I would hire them again in a pinch. They were good but expensive.

They've done a good job. I think that that hardwood floors have looked really nice when they cleaned them.

We've used Home Cleaning since 2001. We had to recently stop using them temporarily as we are out of work and cannot afford house cleaning, but will use them again when we are re-employed. Joe and Sonya Putter, the owners, are VERY organized and professional. They always call or Email (whatever the customer's preference is) to remind us of our cleaning appointment. They check their messages frequently and respond timely even to last minute requests. The cleaning crew works very very hard and always does good work. We have trusted them on many occasions to lock up for us when they leave if we need to leave the house while they are cleaning. A very good company.

They’ve even came out last minute for us and their staff is always great, always having the right number of people to get the job done. It’s been a great company to work with overall!

Mr. Putter was very professional. He explained his crew and the products he uses to clean various surfaces. He was upfront about pricing for routine cleaning and extra services. He e-mails me the day before the crew is scheduled to come and let's me know the time they will arrive, allowing me to plan. They are thorough, professional, and I can always trust that my home will be clean and fresh smelling. When I had to alter my cleaning schedule, Mr. Putter was very accommodating and has kept his prices pretty stable. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to use his company as long as I can.
