I am a Realtor and I needed carpets cleaned for a property at the last minute and Denise and Ernesto really came through! They were punctual, organized, ready to work, they worked efficiently and quickly. I was really impressed with their work, they used a technique that allowed the carpet to be practically dry once they were finished. If this is the company your looking at, definitely keep them at the top of your list. They have also done other work for me and it was great!

I own a hair salon, this was the first time Denise and Ernesto was referred to me, my original cleaning crew went out of business at the time. They came in and totally cleaned my salon way better than my original crew, I was throughly happy with their services. Once Denise and Ernesto was finished with the cleaning and shining of my floors the salon felt light, smelled really great and just felt clean, I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable that they would get the job done. They are now my cleaning crew of choice without a doubt!

I have used this company several times. They are professional punctual and have a great cleaning service. We feel comfortable enough to leave them in our home by themselves without worrying. Joe and his crew did a great job deep cleaning my house so I could get it ready for sale. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use their service in the future.

HCA has been our cleaners for about a year now. They usually do a good job, although I think what we pay is expensive considering they only do the main level of our home (2 Bed/1Bath upstairs plus finished basement not done). We are two people, but 4 dogs (and we regularly vaccum to keep up with the dog hair between cleanings). They come every two weeks, we provide the cleaning materials as their brand/supply did not clean well. Very open to how we want specific items cleaned - and accomodating (ie. natural stone floor in kitchen, moldings, etc.) There are occasional misses on items we've agreed on and they leave comment card each cleaning for us to leave feedback and ID the items we'd like done differently, better, etc. The crew has changed multiple times, some of course better than others. The crew we have now does well consistently. I will say Denise is always responsive to our concerns over big misses and resends the crew to correct without additional charges to us - it is inconvenient though. Several times the crew does not come on their set day/time, also frustrating and inconvenient. Just informed that now the price is changing. They were already the most expensive cleaners we've ever had for one level of house cleaning, and we provide all the cleaning products.

It was excellent. They've done a great job for about six months. I like their consistency. They were good. They're steady, reliable and reasonably priced.

They were just fine. They did a good job. They came when they said they would come. Everything worked out fine. They sent three ladies and they were all very pleasant. They were all very willing to do whatever I asked them to do and they did it well. Their price was average.

I have used their services for approximately 20+ years. They do a good job and are very accomodating to special needs and schedules. Totally reliable as well. I plan to continue their services indefinitely.

First year was great. Then all of a sudden they started to miss scheduled cleanings which, with much frustration and repeated calls, we forgave because when they did come the service was good. BUT, the last go around we found they had locked our kitties out of their designated food/liter box area which had been the one and only area they were not responsible for from day 1! For over a year we meticulously picked up every area they were contracted to clean and had a note, in big black lettering, that stated "this is a cat area, do not clean or shut door" but today came home to find the area blocked off with a baby, gate that has been in a totally separate area for over a year, with 1 kitty blocked inside the room and 3 other kitties unable to access food, water or liter box for the better part of the day! Livid does not begin to express our feelings! So far, 3.calls with no response! UPDATE: After our initial review back in June we have managed to work with this company and service has greatly improved. We are pleasantly surprised with the turnaround and are currently very satisfied with what is being provided. I would recommend them to others with the caveat of ensuring that they are perfectly clear on their expectations and not letting less-than expected service go un-addressed.

They would start out doing what you asked, then they would start slacking off.

Initial visit I was home and observed the employees. They did a really good job. Second visit, I was not home but they appeared to do a good job. I did find some mildew in the tub but I probably would have also missed it. Third visit I was not home and it appeared they rushed through the job. There were some undusted spots in the living room and the wood floors were not mopped properly. I chose not to call the manager because it was the last time I needed them (I was recovering from surgery). If I had, I'm sure he would have someone come out and take care of the issues. This was my decision. Since I have never cleaned someone else's home, I am assuming the following is in the method of how to clean: I was a little amused because things on counters and tables were not put back in the same place they were. I think they were using their "creativity" to make things a little more organized, at least in their minds. Not a big deal but at least I know they cleaned the area. Because I believe service should be consistent and methodical, I might recommend them to a neighbor with the caveat that they ensure the quality of work is the same with each visit and if not contact the manager.

The service has turned out fine and I use them regularly. I have stuck with them because they are reliable and they come when they say they will. They crew is polite, thorough, fast, quick, and efficient. I always know that I will come home to a clean house. They always let me know when and what time they are coming. They always do a very good job and it is clean I as expect it to be.

They will move furniture, clean baseboards, clean top of cabinets and scrub it from from top to bottom. They come in, and they get it done and they get out. I used them for several years. Joe was very responsive to any problems I might have, and will call you back immediately and come out if he needs to. I currently do not use them because of a scheduling conflict.

They do a good job and if there is something that wasn’t done to your satisfaction they will send the crew right back out. They take pride in customer satisfaction. The cleaning crew is incentivized to do a good job. They girls that do the cleaning don’t smoke and I appreciated that because that is something that I asked for. They would send 2-3 girls out to do the cleaning. The owner would come to my house and make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning on the first or second time they were out. He would also show up when the girls were here. He is absolutely committed to customer service.

It turned out excellent. One thing I like about them is that they do it when we need it, and not on a schedule. They are very dependable and they are always on time . They do a thorough job. I have been with them for about 5-6 years now.

They are great. They are quiet, courteous, and do a really good job. They even do the dishes for me and put fresh water down for my dog. It is a 90 minute visit with a team of 3-5 people. If anything is out place they will pick it up and organize it. They will make the beds and even put in laundry for me.

They did a very good job. Will continue to use their services.

Everything has been going well so far. They have three people who come and clean. They send the same three workers every time. They know what products I want to use and know my expectations. They bring their own equipment to use. They send me an email to confirm my appointment with the date and time.

They are very good, they are great. I would highly recommend them. They did good work. They come out every month. They are fine. They are very trustworthy. They are always here when they say they will be here. They are very thorough. I've been using them for a long time.

The last time they came, I paid $270 for three hours of cleaning. I have used them probably for twelve years. They do an incredibly thorough job. They do it in a very timely manner based on the size of the job. They bring the appropriate number of people. It is all women. The women are extremely nice. They go above and beyond the call of duty to clean whatever needs to be done. They even find stuffs that I do not even know that needs to be done. They are just very professional, nice, and courteous. The owner is incredible. He had accommodated me on short notice as best as he is able to. The price is probably a little more expensive than your typical maid services like you see on TV, but for what they do, it is immensely worth it.

I forgot to give him the Angie's coupon, though I had told him I had it, so didn't get discount. I would absolutely hire them again, in fact I may do soon.

They have been great. They are very prompt and professional. I think they do the work efficiently. I also get an email reminder of when they are coming.
