Description of Work: HCCA performed a deep clean for our condo. The crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job on our very dirty house! They left the condo clean and fresh smelling. They even folded the toilet paper and puffed out the tissues, like in a hotel. It was an unexpected touch!

We've arranged to have ongoing bi-weekly cleaning with the service. I receive a confirmation email the day before, they send 2 people, they are there when they say they'll be there and are extremely thorough in their cleaning. |I highly recommend them! "

Description of Work: The team of three maids clean my house every two weeks, they are quick and efficient, getting in and out within an hour but leaving everything clean and shiny. I have been using them for several months now and am very happy with the results.

Description of Work: I have used then for over ten years. They are a phenomenal company and are very reliable and responsive to your needs They are meticulous in their attention to detail.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house bi-weekly. I used them for about a year and they only cancelled on me once. Whether there was a team of two or three they spent about one hour cleaning my 3,000 square foot house. It was quick so it wasn't unusual for some things to get missed. If I spoke to the owners they were very responsive. They did a good job on the kitchen. I would still be using them but they moved their headquarters and I am no longer in their service area.

Description of Work: Having had trouble finding a cleaning firm that would actually clean and not get an 'attitude' about it, I was pleased to find Home Cleaning Centers based in Dunwoody. The owners are responsive and have been doing a great job, along with the cleaning crew.

Description of Work: They did a complete cleaning of my MIL's condo, something that hadn't been done in a few years. Everyone was awesome and we will be using them again!!

Description of Work: Cleaning was not done thoroughly. I had to make several phone calls to get the job done properly. I stayed with them through 3 cleanings. Each time something went wrong. In the end, the owner said providing service to us was too stressful! I thought he was in business to provide a service instead I came home to various problems. He beat me to the chase.

Description of Work: The crew of 4 women came to the house, punctually. Before they started to work, their crew supervisor asked me if there were any special areas that neede attention above and beyond routine cleaning. They were finished with a 3600 sf house in about 2 hours. The house was immaculate. I had left clean linens on the beds and they were made. All baseboards were clean, and all wall corners (where cobwebs can form) were also cleaned. I have used Home Cleaning for over 15 years and they have yet to disappoint me.

Description of Work: They were very flexible if I had a schedule change and very honest. They did not dust under the bed or dresser but I do not think anyone does and they did not have an extender brush for ceiling fan blades. But. Basic make the house look good for company. They were very good.

Description of Work: They crew showed up early got work right away. They did a great job took 2hrs cleaned everything including oven. The owner came by to see how things were going and to get contract signed. I will definetly is use thts company again.
