i was unable to reach anyone. The service man was very responsive and helpful. He came out as his last stop to assist me with my problem. He was upfront about the possible problem. Luckily it was the lesser of all evils. He did a thorough job of clearing my lines and made sure I was able to use my septic prior to him leaving.

I also had problems with the sink that the plunger when you open and close it it was not going up and down properly. I had a brand new faucet that I wanted to put in but because they were late.
They called me early in the morning and said that whenever they would finish they could come. It was getting late in the evening and I never got a call back from them or anything. After he had left, the mechanism in the sink that opens and closes to let the water out, it was black and dirty and chalky. He took his hands and just rubbed it and if I had been thinking, he did not clean it properly. It does not close as well as the one that is working properly. I did call them up and I told them I was not pleased, he got there late, I wasn't pleased with the work he had done. They told me they would call me back on it, they never did. I would have used them to put the faucet in for me but since I got such a lousy response from them, I had someone else to do it.

Punctual service and satisfied with the results. Pricing was competitive. RotoRooter has a better method of cleaning than most providers on only suck water and often still leave sludge.

The drains and toilets in our house were not going into the septic system as they should. Instead they were backing up into the bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. They came out on time and cleared the drains through the main line, and emptied out the septic system, 2 weeks after I had paid another local plumber to do but they did not. Unfortunately the "other" plumber is not on Angie's list for me to review.
Roto Rooter workers were very professional and had to tear up our patio (because we found out the previous owner covered the main line and the septic tank with a patio). We discovered that the main drain line to the septic tank was a flexible hose and had caved in from all the pressure of the dirt and patio that it was covered with.
Roto Rooter quoted us an additional $800.00 to dig up patio and change the main line, but we did not have that kind of money at the time, so my husband and son dug it up and replaced the line.
Although I did not use them to dig up the patio and replace the main line; I am very happy with the work that Roto Rooter had performed and the knowledge the men had about the issues we were having. As the "Other" plumber wanted to rip out everything and replace it all including the tank and drain field.
When we have any other issues or just need the septic tank to be emptied, I will be sure to call Roto Rooter FIRST!

The first appointment was not kept. No notice was givenon why. We called and was told driver was sick. Rescheduled and they did show up as scheduled. We do not think the tank was completely emptied but did not peruse with the company

It was a Saturday when the main drain to the house clogged, leaving me with toilets and bathtubs backed up. I called Roto Rooter and explained the situation. The service person was on a another call at the time, but gave me an approximate time he would be at my place and the cost for the afterhours service call. He also called just before getting to my house. Once he was on site, he assessed the situation and began work. Within 30 minutes the drain was running clean and I was writing a check for the amount he originally quoted. I was very pleased with the service. I could understand the service person's speech, he was polite and respectful, knowledgeable and efficient, and the price and timing were as quoted. I have and will continue to recommend Roto Rooter.

I noticed the line was clogged last evening. Called first thing this morning, within a few hours Rick from RotoRooter was here. He had the line cleaned out in no time at all then used the camera to inspect the entire sewer line as far out as it went. It was smooth and easy for me. I had no doubts about the technician's expertise. He was friendly and professional and provided me with ideas for prevention of future issues. I rated the price "B" or "Good" only because I don't like spending money. The VALUE of the service was a definite A++.

They were extremely professional. My leak was hard to find because there was no obvious water in the yard or the house, just an extraordinarily high water bill and a constantly spinning water meter. The master plumber did an excellent job examining my house and yard and came up with a clever way to first assess whether it was a yard leak. This was important for me to know in order to determine whether the leak would be covered by my homeowner's insurance; yard leaks weren't. They were always on time and performed professionally the whole time they were at my home. The work was done quickly and well. The cost was about $50 more than they quoted, but still a good price considering the long distance they had to lay the pipe from the meter to my house. Their reliability and professionalism was definitely worth the extra $50 bucks.

I had no complaints with them. I paid more than what I felt that I should have. It was probably the standard rate. We have not had any problems after that. They did not come out the same day that we called.

"I am not sure when this service was provided with 2011 and 2012 date both being used. It really doesn't matter the date when a customer doesn't know why they paid us a little more than they may have paid another company to pump their septic tank. Many pumpers pump out only the liquids from the septic tank and that doesn't do anything good for the home owners over the long period of time. The solids that are left are what causes the problems later on. When we pump a tank we either pump the liquid out and then pump it back into the tank several times to break up the solids that have created a "crust" on the surface and a "paste" on the bottom, or we use what is called a CrustBuster that mixers all the materials in the tank so it can all be pumped and no solids are left. Normally we are a little higher than other pumpers in our area but our customers get more for their money even though they can't see the benefits of selecting us as their service provider. (They won't see the benefits today but they will in the years to come.) I sincerely hope this helps all our customers and really everyone understand cheapest does not mean best value. I had my septic tank pumped last year and the man who pumped it suggested that I had some problems in my drain field. I don’t take everybody’s word on things and I called to check on it. I called another company that says they do septic work. In the course of talking to the lady, she said they do plumbing too. This man came out and he was very nice. He walked around and told me I had no water leaks in the house, even though that’s what the other man told me. He won my heart right there. He knows what he’s talking about. I adore him. His service is excellent and as long as he lives I won’t call anybody else.

We decided to build a barn with a small living space, and requested estimates from three different companies that installed septic tanks. AAA was the least expensive, so I hired them. They arrived on time and on the date promised, worked hard the entire time that they were there, and the employees were very friendly. It was a very positive experience.

They tried very hard not to tear up the yard any more than they actually had to and did a very good job of working around my sprinkler system. Very pleased with the work and outcome.
