We hired Swept Away after we found out our chimney was crumbling. They came and made it water proof so no more deterioration can occur and they rebuilt our fire box. They were very clean and made sure there was no mess left behind. We will be having them back in the future once we can afford the rest of the project to have our fire place be made completely safe. Only problem we had was a miscommunication initially on work to be done but that was cleared up.

I Hired them to clean my downspout they didn't clean them properly because the drains are still clogged. It took the owner 7 months to get back to me and the express that she could help me because she didn't get her message and I needed to email her. She will charge me an additional fee to come out and fix an issue that should have been resolved. She was very rude as she was blaming me for the issue. Someone from her office called me back and said they would compensate me for the issue. Alisha the owner stated that she didn't know anything about me being compensated or returning to resolve the issue with the gutter and downspout.

Hired them but they did not give me a written quote. The worker promised to send me a receipt for the work. It never came and I had to call the company 3 times to get it. The plus side was they were able tom get the job done on the same day I called.

The service person was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and showed up on time. My only issue with this company is I was told I would get a 21 point inspection for a gas fireplace, and when he showed up, he said I didn't have all of those points to be inspected due to the type of fireplace. I felt that the price should be less for fireplaces that don't need much work. $89 for them to spend 15 minutes to tell me my fireplace doesn't need much maintenance doesn't seem right. But I have learned an important lesson about newer gas fireplaces.
