There was a gap around my wood stove insert that no one was able to fix. Spencer worked tirelessly to work out a solution and had to think outside the box to accomplish this task. The completed work is beautiful with an amazingly professional finish. Many others could not complete this task!

The friendly tech arrived on time, answered all my questions, and completed the job both quickly and efficiently. The price looked high at first, but I did a little research: You can buy cheaper gas logs, but unless you can -- or want to -- install them yourself, you'll end up paying more for a tech to safely do the job. I highly recommend this company for a job well done.

I could not be happier with the level of service. I have a gas fireplace that looks like it hasn't been used in years. I made an appointment for an inspection, knowing that I would probably need new logs. When I called, Mary was extremely polite and worked hard to find me an appointment as quickly as she could. Spencer and Rodney were on time, very polite and knowledgeable and they did a great job. As I expected, I needed a new set of logs. They had them on the truck, ready to go when they came out for my inspection. They used a big drop cloth and were very careful to keep things clean. They made sure everything was hooked up safely and even swept the chimney for me at no extra charge. They had everything hooked up and cleaned up in about an hour. Awesome job! I definitely recommend Spencer, Rodney and Swept Away Chimney!

Super nice people who care about their customer's safety and really know what they are doing. I just bought a house and had them do an inspection. They replaced a starter, did a sweep, mortared a hole , and were in and out in a little over an hour.

Mary in the office was very pleasant and very helpful in scheduling and keeping us informed of when they would arrive. The team was very courteous and efficient.

No mess was made.
