Communication-- they stayed in touch to confirm appointment, let me know if Spencer was running late. He gave some recommendations and made sure I was aware of codes.

Spenser and team were great showed up on time. Cleaned all the ridges on the roof and the gutters even removed a wasps nest. Made sure all downspouts had water flowing freely and let me know about one of them that was clogged and needed to be replaced. Cleaned the chimney and picked up afterwards (there was some soot).

We hired Swept Away to clean our gutters. We had a great experience with Swept Away. The guys who came out to my house were actually running a little early, so I got a call asking if it would be okay if they came by early. I thought that was very professional. They were very nice and courteous when they came, and they worked quickly. I haven't been up on my roof to inspect the gutters, but we had a rainstorm shortly after they left, and the drains seemed to be working much better.

My wife is pleased with a it, so i am pleased with it, referred him to a neighbor.
