Great service from the time I called for info and an appointment. Great follow up prior to the appointment. Technician was super nice guy and very knowledgeable. No annoying upselling. Came in, did inspection, made recommendations, gave great thoughrough instructions. We received a email receipt of payment later the same day. Received separate quote for “requested” additional work separate email same day. I definitely recommend this company. End result.... great service very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

Scheduling was great. They had an opening in my area and were able to clean and inpect my chimney the same day. The 2 men were very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Will definitely use again!

Scheduling was great very easy and excellent follow through. Needed chimney cleaning & inspection, they also found back of fireplace needed to be replaced and did a nice job installing a new panel. I got a price on installing gas logs/embers which I thought was pretty high, couldn’t afford at this time and will probably get other quotes when I’m ready to do that.

Very good cleaning of the chimney. Arrived as scheduled and promptly did the job. Two men did job and both explained what the process would be and answered my questions. Will hire again.

Pro was very eager to work and did quality job in a fast professional manner. Very informative and walked us through each step of the process and job. Provided immediate pictures of the before and after of job. Which was a great help since the chimney is two stories high on a very steep angle.

I am not sure the reason that this service is so expensive for the limited time needed to complete the service. The guys were here, may all total, 15 minutes. Five minutes of the time was spent trying to sell me new chimney caps (already have a company to do this).

I had been having a problem getting a thorough cleaning for my dryer vent because the laundry room is on the second floor plus the vent tube has to travel about 15-20 ft with bends to exit. I easily setup an appointment with Mary and Spenser did an awesome ( and dirty) job of removing end cap screen and cleaning the full length of the vent tube.
