Customer Service was excellent and they deliver what they offer. The finish product looks very professional. However, I will suggest to have more safety measurements for a such dangerous job. Also, they should protect the house roof when slide materials over to avoid any damage. In general I'm happy with the service.

The company techs arrived on time and got the work done quickly. I requested my chimney and dryer vents cleaned. When Spencer discovered very little debris in my chimney he deducted money from the amount I had agreed to pay. How often does that ever happen?
