This is a family run business. Big enough to do what needs to be done. Small enough to care and give personal service. They were easy and great to work with. They preformed as promised. Showed up on time for appointments and scheduling. Bid was reasonable. Work was high quality. Maintained clean working conditions with proper protection of our place and belongings. Nice people and highly recommend. They did not try to sell us unnecessary insulation when I asked about the condition of the existing insulation.

I posted the need to fix 3 holes in the walls of my garage. These holes were about 4? x 6?. Within 3 minutes Ovi notified me that their repairman was at another job in the same zip code and could be there within 30 minutes. They arrived when they predicted and within 2 hours all the holes were done. Great job! Great service!

Great communication on work to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Came out on Saturday morning to look at my drywall project, very friendly and attentive to my concerns. Quote was very reasonable. Project will begin soon.

They repaired the popcorn ceiling, retiled the bathroom, repaired the drywall and painted. They were here bright and early all three days, worked hard, were polite and professional. Also, changed out my shower heads in both bathrooms. And, thoroughly cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend OVI!

Amazing work and worked so fast!

Highly professional standards and quality of work. The wall they installed for our enclosed loft is seamless and looks as if was originally there.

Jennifer and her team were awesome! They were great with communication came out and gave me quick quotes and pricing on all of my projects. They helped me with bathroom tile, floor tile, popcorn removal and re-texture, baseboards install and some other miscellaneous items. I would definitely recommend them. They are great to work with honest and trustworthy.

On time and in budget!

When I hired OVI it was to paint my kitchen and fix the walls Where the finish had been taken off due to counter replacements. Jennifer came out and assured me the work a done perfectly. They left me with such a huge mess and the painting was horrible. They did not tape anything. The worst work I have ever seen. I notified Jennifer the owner and she assured me on 5 separate occasions they would come back. They never did and of course, she had every excuse in the book. Ultimately I had to hire somebody else to clean up their mess. Save your money and your sanity do not hire this company!

Ovi came in to remove popcorn ceiling from our house in addition to repainting and retexuring our walls. Jennifer and her team were amazing to work with, Jen was very responsive and kept us informed of the progress the whole way through. Her staff went above and beyond helping prep our walls for painting, and we couldn't be happier with the result. They were even accommodating of our last-minute choice to repaint the walls in our vaulted rooms, and even finished ahead of schedule. We actually requested a stack of cards to give out to people we recommend Ovi to. Will absolutely be rehiring for any future projects.

They came two days later than promised. When they left the work was incomplete and a mess. They treated the work area like a place they lived in, it was a mess. The clean up did not happened. When they came back to fix what was incomplete in the ceiling they left it unpainted and left me with no paint. They also resurfaced walls that I needed to paint. They left me with more work and clean up then I planned on taking.

Jennifer the owner, came out for us to advise her what the job would be. She was supposed to give an estimate of how much the job would cost. She had a tape measure on her hip but she only took some pictures of the hvac closet she didn't measure the threshold and or take a picture. The gentleman spoke very little English. Jennifer assured us that he did speak and understand English. We had to call her to communicate with him. We paid her $500.00 by check. We had to get the AC professional on the phone who spoke to Jennifer and she then translated to the SP. She said she was coming out today and didn't show up. The SP used half the day to do one part of the job. She told me on the phone the gentleman hand to go to lowes and buy the parts and he didn't know what parts to get for the threshold, he made two trips. The threshold he installed doesn't fit properly. The door is really loud when you shut it. I will never use that company again and I would not recommend it. I give it "0" stars.

Seemed costly for the amount of time the job took, but it was a pleasure to work with them and the work was done very well.

Professional, good company, and Mr Jose Polanco is a very honest man - one cannot put a price on that.

OVI home services did finish drywall work on a master bathroom remodel that I was doing on my home. Jose came out one day and upon acceptance had his worker out there the next. Two day project was completed and was done right and looked good. Worker that was here had great work ethic and worked very hard and put a full days work in. I have a few more projects around the house and Iâ ll use them again.

I purchased a home and hired Ovi Home Services to redo nearly the entire interior, removing popcorn ceilings and retexturing the ceilings, hanging drywall in some rooms and refinishing plaster in others, painting all rooms, installing new lighting, and laying new tile flooring. Jose and his crew were fantastic! He kept me in the loop throughout the process. They finished ahead of schedule, and their pricing was very reasonable. My place looks brand new now, and I couldn't be happier. I've already started referring Jose to coworkers and friends for their home projects, and I plan to use these guys again on more housework I'm planning in the future.
