Description of Work: I contracted the Company in October 2015 through Mr. Mike Smith, (a purported Partner in the Company) to erect Hurricane Shutters at my home. He provided an invoice drawn on the said Company. I forwarded a substantial amount of money to him to undertake the job. Each time I requested an update I was given a different excuse as to why the job was not started much less completed. I took steps to provide all the information required to obtain a permit. Eventually, I was told not to bother him. After 5 months I advised him to return my money. He has not responded to my requests. He advises that he bought the material for the job. No proof of purchase has been presented. He refuses to refund the money.
