Warning, Stay away from Statewide windows and doors Horrific company Ordered impact 12 slider doors (2) impact sliding windows (2) Took 16 months of total incompetence, disregard and outright lies to finally get the job done. From basic measuring, ordering correct windows and size, permit and HOA paperwork, scheduling delivery and installation, shoddy work by sub contractors, taking no responsibility for anything, to final inspection was a NIGHTMARE The lack of communication and response (if you can get someone on the phone) is how they operate. 10 months after signing contract/deposit and calling numerous times they finally started paperwork and ordered the material (admitted job fell thru cracks) Called and set up installation date 3xâ s they canceled day of all 3xs. 4th time 3 men show up but can no get 6 panels 4x9 up to 5th floor and windows ordered were double hung not sliders so nothing done (owner John came saw slider windows measured existing windows and doors and knew door panels were too big for elevator) 6/7 weeks later after numerous calls and no call back from incompetent/nasty project manager Shavel I called at 4pm and receptionist Annemarie(only helpful one) informed me crane and installation of doors was scheduled for 8am next morning. Installed by sub contractors (which told they do not use) who did a lot of damage to new walls and never chalked inside of doors. 4 more weeks now come to install windows (same sub contractor) should of known something was wrong when he spoke only in Spanish to workers and left to go to another job Windows were too big (they installed 53 windows Needed finished opening with sill suppose to 53 ) ripped out sills and filled in with cement Totally not uniform with any other windows in complex HOA did not approve need to repair Well statewide took no responsibility or concerned about their screw up and damage just wanted final payments I hired and paid to have repaired ($600) by another company I had to schedule a final inspection (1st inspection failed due to wrong window info on permit) Finally statewide revised permit paperwork had final inspection to pass. Now after payment in full I come to find out they put a lien on my property Waiting for them to withdraw that Took 16 months to rid myself of this aggravation, incompetence, and horrific company. SAVE YOUSELF JUST STAY AWAY FROM STATEWIDE.

This company is a nightmare. Did our contract in October 2022 and as of today Statewide cannot provide the windows. I get getting an excuse there being shipped. This company is nothing but a bunch of lies! BEWARE!

Stay away. This is a dishonest company that took advantage of my elderly mother. They charged her 60k for impact windows and doors and everything was poorly installed and or broken. My mother and I have been calling for months leaving emails and voicemails. I received one email response over this time and only once was able to get someone to answer my call. They promised to set up a service appointment to fix all the issues and it has never happened. I just get the voicemail every time. I have left dozen of voicemails with no response. I feel like they are intentionally dodging me so the warranty passes and they arent liable to fix anything. A truly inhumane and criminal way to treat your customers especially those that spent so much money. My mother was very sick and I feel that the salesman took advantage of her. She has since passed. I am just trying to get them to fix all the damage they did so I can sell the house and they have just ignored me. The front door and sliding glass doors are almost impossible to lock because they were installed improperly. All of the screws are visible. The front door is not only installed improperly but it just looks horrible. They caused serious damage to the one of the bedrooms. There is a giant hole in the wall. Not sure how they managed to do it. They didnt even finish caulking the window. The handle fell off completely the first time I tried to open it. The weather proofing fell off as soon as I opened the window. Literally everything is falling apart. It is a large house and I havent been able to open all the windows but every one that I have opened something has fallen off or had a problem with it. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Its downright negligent and disgusting. I waited a while to post this hoping they would fix the many issues but it is clear they have no intention to do so. So for your own sanity and financial well being dont do business with this company. You will regret it. Its shocking they have good reviews because my experience has been anything but positive. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and using as many mediums I can to warn people.

I had statewide windows and doors install windows, french doors and other house doors several years ago. Initially the garage door was leaking every time it rained. They came back a few times to try to fix it but it continued to leak and still leaks to this day. For several months I have been having issues with the blinds in my french door. I have called several times, left messages, was told someone would call me back..... and months later, I'm still waiting. Maybe this will help me get a response back?

I would like to take a moment to commend the fine gentlemen on Statewide Service Team. They installed my windows 4 years ago and we had a small service issue. We called the office and we’re asked a few questions so they could understand our issue at hand and the next day they dispatched the service guys to my home. Tim and Leo were amazing. They took such pride in their work and most importantly I could tell the most important objective was to make sure we were 100% happy!! Keep up the good work. Good employees are hard to find. Would highly recommend!

We contracted with Statewide Windows & Doors 2 days ago but unfortunately had a death in the family yesterday and really needed to put the project on hold. We contacted Statewide and since we were still within the 3 day right of Rescission they returned our deposit no questions asked. As we get through these tuff times we will certainly be going back with you guys.

Working with this company was so easy. They gave us a fantastic price when comparing with 3 other companies. The office was always polite and constantly updating me throughout the entire process. Windows have been installed and we absolutely love them. We really like Statewide Windows because they do not use sub contractors like most other companies. The installation was perfect!!!!

3 on work quality because they haven't started yet. After being put through hell with three other companies, they were a pleasure to work with . I will update after my windows are installed.

If you are looking to upgrade your windows call Statewide windows. The sales rep came out on time, was very knowledgeable and their presentation was amazing. The owner came out and took the final measurements and answer all questions we had. Installation has been completed in one day and these guys never stopped. They were like machines. We could not be happier. The entire Statewide team has literally made us feel like family from the constant updates ( great communication from office with is hard to find in this industry) the owner John Called me personally after the job was completed to ask me if I was happy and if there was anything they could have done differently to made the experience even better. Wow!! I love this company

My windows were installed last week and inspection just passed this morning. Statewide sends their inspector out to meet with city inspector on every job. We are pleased with the work done and the office has been extremely responsive and updated us the entire way. 5 stars

After thinking about upgrading our windows we decided to get 3 estimates and Statewide had the best to offer by far. After visiting 3 showrooms BNT, Paradise Exteriors and Statewide I must say these guys at Statewide are the APPLE of windows companies. From the moment you pull into their parking lot to walking in the beautiful state of the art showroom we were impressed. We also got to meet the President of the company John Dyda who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our experience perfect. They had a huge selection and educated us on each product and explained why the recommended ES Windows. The installation process was top notch, they had a project manager start the job and stop in frequently to make sure we were happy. The installers were very experienced and did an absolutely incredible job on our home. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Great company. We researched several companies and found that Statewide Windows & Doors was most experienced. They came out and went over different ideas and designs for our window replacement since we have massive openings and wasn’t sure how to configure them going back. Company was best price and extremely pleasant to work with. Call Statewide.

Very timely and did a good job

If you are buying windows get at least 3 estimates this will cut your chances of fraud by 80%. Also if you're spending thousands of dollars make a budget plan ahead of time. Back to you he expect things to take time. Statewide Windows finished in less than 5 weeks. That's fast. Expect up to 2 months. I don't think they expected to have to cut 30 year old windows out of my house. Neither did I. I took them all day 10 hrs. These three guys did a great job. They cut my windows out,covered my furniture with plastic so it wouldn't get full of dust and vacuumed. The next day another guy came out and spacked my windows. I couldn't be happier. Thank you 😊

Very professional and very responsive

Finally a company in South Florida, that actually does what they say they can do. I purchased an older home and an excellent neighborhood. I needed new windows and I wanted impact hurricane windows like that of Miami-Dade ratings. After interviewing three companies I realized that Statewide Windows and Doors was the only company that did not use subcontractors. After having issues before I decided it was best to go with Statewide Window and Doors, with their own installers than having to deal with subcontractors. I was amazed with the installation of my impact windows. The installation team went above and beyond keeping my house clean of dust by covering all my furniture. The City Inspector, stop by for a preliminary inspection and he too was impressed by the install. He told me the guys were doing an excellent job for me. It is rare today to get what you pay for but if you're installing impact windows I would suggest highly that you get in touch with Statewide Windows and Doors for an estimate. I cannot reiterate enough about the installation and the price of my new impact windows. Contact them you will be glad you did.
