Description of Work: I had a 9 year old car that is no longer garage kept washed and cleaned inside, as well as putting a claybar treatment on to protect from the sun when sitting out. It looks like a new car off the lot!

Description of Work: I used UM Detailing multiple times. The work they did was usually very good. However, scheduling became horrible. I liked that I could schedule online but, they inevitably called to make changes to your appointment time. The last straw was when I had three different cars scheduled one week ... One on the first day and two on a later day that week. Day one went well and the guys who did the work even mentioned that they would be back in a couple days to do the other two cars. The other cars belong to my kids who are away at college.... So making their appointments can be difficult to schedule. The night before their appointments, I get a call cancelling and wanting to reschedule. The conflict was blamed on the computer appointment setting website ..... But, why then did the guys who came two days before know that they were going to be back? | |The first visit, probably two years ago .... Went wonderfully. Unfortunately, as time progressed, things just kept getting worse with their schedule. I need someone I can depend upon to be here on the day and time I make the appointment.

+ -1 moreMike and his team are amazing! I have used them several times and love them. First, they come to wherever you are. I have had them come to my place of business and my home. That is a HUGE convenience. Second, they do an amazing job. I am very detail oriented and usually see all the stuff that is left behind by other car detailers. Not with UMD though. I am always impressed with what a great job they do and this time was no different. I had to have it spotless for an insurance rep to review bug damage for a repaint and it looked almost brand new when Mike was done with it. I have to say though, it is not just about his work, it is also about the people. Whether it is Mike, Jesse or his crew they are always on time, sometimes early, always friendly and easy to work with. Mike and Jesse (the owners) are really great people all around. I love doing business with them.

+ -1 moreScheduling this service was easy. We went to Ultimate's website to select the options we wanted and an Ultimate rep contacted us via email to arrange the date. Ultimate was very accommodating to our schedule. The technician who performed our detailing was on time (early actually ... he called first to see it he could start earlier). He was VERY VERY thorough, spending 4-5 hours on our vehicle: washing, claybar treatment, waxing, interior cleaning, wheel treatment, etc. Our car looks great. We recommend Ultimate and will be purchasing their services again.

The tech arrived right on time and was polite, professional and efficient. The car looks fabulous. We are very pleased and will use this company again as well as recommending their services to others. A+++++
Description of Work: I received a gift card to have my 2007 Santa Fe detailed. It was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Carpets were shampooed, leather seats reconditioned, rims polished, etc. Everything was detailed and my headlights were reconditioned as well.
