It's going great! Anthony, my regular service technician with this company, is just fantastic. The best problem is under control, and whenever I have an issue all I need to do is call them as part of my contract.

They were great! There was a bad smell near the garage door that smelled like a dead rat. after searching garage over and over and could not find any trace of a dead rodent, I called Rick Ricker and Dustin came out the next day. He poked around a crevice near the garage door and found a dead frog lodged down inside. He thought this was the problem, but continued to inspect the attic and all around the house for any way rodents could get in. He determined there were no rodents in attic or coming in anywhere and said there would be no charge for this service! Dustin was on time, He was very polite and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick Ricker to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company.

One of the best companies I've ever done business with in Tampa. They answer phones, show up on time for appointments and charge a reasonable price. Technicians are very friendly. And they kill ants using pet-friendly materials. Highly recommended.

Our detached garage was being consumed. I called someone else first that we had used before for something else. They came out, looked at it and then didn't call me back. It was kind of a problem because of its proximity to our well and I guess he didn't want a challenge. Anyway, Rick Ricker handled it, no problems since, and we have a regular checkup every year on our buildings. They have also come and handled an extra stubborn ant problem that resisted my own efforts. That was managed well too.

Very well. After the first treatment we saw barely any swarm of termites the following year. After the second treatment we haven't seen any swarm at all. As far as your every day bug problem, very rarely is it an issue. So far we only have them come out once or twice a year. We are very pleased with their service. Professional, kind and quick. They are very fast and clean up after themselves. If I see bugs in the house during the year, they come back at no extra charge. I have also used them in the past for rats in the attic. This was caused by our fruit trees. We have had this service for at least 20 years.
