I was connected with Olivier Multi Service through HomeAdvisor for a mirror removal job I needed completed by a certain date. The individual I spoke with agreed to come out to do the job and was willing to work with my timeframe. On the day of, the agreed upon time came and went with no response. I reached out via phone and was hung up on. The individual texted me back stating that cell signal was bad and could he come later in the afternoon to which I agreed. I waited 3+ hours with no response/update. I reached out via text and did not hear anything as well about an alternative arrival time. I had a part of my remodel dependent on the mirror removal and had to reschedule a part of the job due to the poor customer service from Olivier Multi Services.

He's very clean and did a great job.
