He called me right away and came over and gave me a fair estimate for the work, It was completed on time and completed well. Great guy.

The service man was very detailed on the work itself but did a poor job in prepping the area for clean-up. Brand new cleaned up screen lanai and the dust, dirt, pieces of concrete etc....ended up everywhere. I had to get outside and actually help clean and get it organized as I don't think it would have been done in this fashion. Should have draped and protected furniture, pavers and chair cushions.

Oliver services is way UNDER priced for the quality of service that they provided. I canâ t say enough good things about them.

Very good. He was on time and did the work quickly. The only thing I should have done when obtaining the estimate was discuss if he would remove the debris. He did remove for an additional fee which was fine.

He initially come out and gave an estimate. We accepted the estimate and scheduled a time for him to do the work. He came out the time we agreed upon and did the work. He was very professional and did a great job. He did drywall repairs, screen repairs and re-hung some closet doors.

Job hired for, Drywall seam repair, drywall repair, painting, and laminate floor install. The good...Gave a fair quote, was able to start work the next week, was very nice and communicated the process with me, and completed work on time. Also, came back to fix areas that my husband and I didn't feel were completed properly. Did not continue to add additional cost after the quote. Areas of improvement: The areas that had to be fixed, paint drips on the wall, overspray of texture, not all drywall repairs completed, baseboard corners not matching, and areas of the flooring that were chipped and gaps because of improper installation technique. Mostly just the overall finishing touches and reviewing their work for quality. My husband and I do DIY and we just don't have the time to work on the house. Amature mistakes were made showing a lack of experience or not having the proper tools. The owner did not take offense and was polite when I explained how improvements could be made. Overall the seam and drywall repair was great. Highly recommend them for drywall work. The floor install was ok and I would recommend if they use the proper technique and tools for installation.

Hired for a large job. Unfortunately also had to hire an attorney and contact state for additional support. The job was not finished and what was done is extremely poor quality. Eduardo has taken no actions to resolve. Please reconsider hiring.
