Very good experience. While the price was more than we were expecting, it was among the best for the highly rated pressure washing services in our area and quite reasonable considering the amount and high quality of work they did for us. My wife has extremely high standards for work done on our house, and everything was done to her satisfaction without need for any rework. The house looks clean and fresh again. We plan to use Bay Area Power Wash again the next time our home needs pressure washing.

Bay Area Power Wash cleaned the exterior of my 2300 square foot home. The proposal was delivered to me in less than 24 hours. When it came time to do the job, he was prompt, very thorough, and respectful of my property. I have had numerous pressure washing experiences in the 37 years that I have lived at this address but this job was the best I have ever had. Stains that I thought were impossible to remove, Gary made them vanish. I would definitely recommend this company and hire them again.

I was very pleased with the work, Gary returned my phone enquiry and was able to give me a quote and a potential date to perform the work over the phone. When he arrived I asked him to also look at a blocked gutter over the pool area and he performed the work, added in a very reasonable cost to clear out the gutter and the finished work looks great. I would highly recommend his services and would certainly use him again.

We are getting our house ready for sale. We used them two years ago and were so happy with the results we did not even get bids this time, we just called Gary. They did a fabulous job, worked non-stop. They even pressure washed our lawn furniture and washed all the debris off the plants. We recommend them highly. Our house just sparkles.

It went great. I had Gary pressure wash my driveway, sidewalk, all of my decorative rocks, and pretty much anything that wasn't pretty and had mildew on it. I have been using Gary for 3-4 now and his service has been always great. This last time around he was there for about an hour. He definitely strives to please his customers and he always shows up when he says he will.

Punctual and professional and a great job! They did the entire home as well as the driveway, sidewalk and walkway. They showed up a little early which was fine and walked around and gave me an accurate description of what can and can't be pressure washed so I knew what to expect when they finished the job.

This is the third time I have used this company. He is very detail oriented and precise. Always shows up on time and does a great job. Very professional. I like dealing with this company.

Gary always does a terrific job. He did a great job for us in 2012, so we re-engaged him in March 2013. After this pressure washing of the same lanai pavers, we had some white residue appear over a large area of the lanai. I called Gary, and he immediately came out several times to try to resolve the problem at no additional cost. He re-rinsed the area twice, which helped but didn't completely remove the residue. He made several trips to our home on his own time determined to resolve the issue. He even researched the residue problem and determined that some of our concrete was having an unusual reaction to the pressure washing and was confident that the residue would completely dissolve over the next few weeks. He was correct, the residue has completely dissipated. We're so grateful to him for going above and beyond to make things right. As a result, he'll always be our "go to" expert for pressure washing.

We received a notice from our HOA that our driveway needed pressure washing. We decided it was a good time to get the screen room and the front of the house done too. Our home was painted in June 2012, so the main concern was cobwebs and surface dirt. Our screen room had mildew and moss growth on the metal frames, which are white and show the dirt quickly. I found Gary on Angie's List. I called on Wed (5/29/13) and left a message. I didn't hear back until Friday morning. Gary apologized for not calling back sooner and even said that if I found someone else due to his delay in returning my call, he would understand. I promptly called him back and he answered his cell phone. I explained all of the work I wanted done and he said there was no need for him to come over as he could use Google Satellite View to see my entire property and give me an estimate. He called me back the next morning with a quote and put me on the schedule for 6/7/13 at 9:30. On the 7th around 9:25, I went out front to make sure all of the areas were cleared and ready for cleaning. He was pulling up to my house when I went out. We walked around the property and I showed him the really bad areas and he said it was no problem. He came with 1 other person and they split up with Gary doing the driveway and the other guy doing the patio/screen room. Gary frequently came to the patio to make sure the job was being done thoroughly and it was. They finished in 3 hours. The driveway looked like it had been painted, there was such a difference from before. The patio was super clean and all areas of mildew and moss were bright and clean. They also cleaned the sliding glass doors, the patio furniture and the back of the house even though I didn't request it. I was extremely pleased with the project. I paid in cash and he even offered me back part of the payment. I refused of course as the work he did was worth every penny. I highly recommend this company. He is very professional, thorough, friendly and prompt.

Very pleased with the customer service and the job performed

Gary was awesome! Very meticulous, did what he said he would and more, and did excellent work on everything he did. He also gave me hints on other projects I may do in the future on my fence and other areas. He worked with one other guy, and scheduled the work for when I needed it and even moved it up to meet my last minute changes. It is by far the best power washing I've ever had done, and he's a really nice guy as well. I'll always call him for future work.

I called this company to get a quote for pressure washing my home. I left a phone message for him. The owner called back the next day to say that he did not handle the area that I live in. It was kind of him to call and advise me even though he did not do the job.

Gary came today and power washed my back porch, vestibule, and all my sidewalks. I am such a perfectionist, so if he could please me, then he could please anyone! He does such an excellent job every time he is here. Sometimes he cleans things things that I didn't mention to him, but takes care of them anyways. I will and have referred him to friends. Today while he was here, I asked him to clean my antique wicker furniture. I told him to be gentile with it, and he was. It looks almost brand new!

Bay Area Power wash gave me an estimate to power wash and seal the brick pavers around my pool area. He was punctual, courteous and a good value. I am getting ready to call him again to power wash my lanai pavers and screens. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their pool deck, brick pavers, driveway, home exterior or sidewalks thoroughly cleaned. His estimate was the best value I found as well.

I called Gary for an estimate and he returned my call immediately. We set a date so he could give me an estimate. He showed up on time and his estimate was right on target with my previous experience and what I thought was fair. Since it is December and many families are getting together for the holidays, Gary had a very busy schedule to get many houses done before the gatherings began. Since I wasn't having company, I told him to do my house whenever he had an open time slot. He did just that and it was still before Christmas! He called me the next day to see if I had any concerns or complaints (so professional!). I was extremely pleased with his work.
