Description of Work: Pressure washed and painted my whole house, including a detached garage. They were very quick to get started (only a day or two after I paid) and they didn't try to upsell me or say that I had any special problems that would cost extra money. A lot of times the big deal companies lure you in with a low price and then try to upsell. So I appreciated that this company just came and did the job. Only issue was that a lot of the paint chips that came off during the pressure washing were left on the ground so I had to clean those.

Description of Work: The date of service was 02/15/15 and the cost of service was $2,599.00.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate and they arrived on time the next day and a day later I had the price. Went to contract and scheduled. They showed up right on time for every day (4) of the process. Generally, the job was good and certainly the attitude and work ethic was first rate. The only thing that makes this a B instead of an A is that the details were a bit sketchy. At the end of the final day there were a few things, details really, that still needed doing and I felt really time pressured into signing off on the job and delivering payment. As a result a few little details were missed. I called them back a week later after examining the work, and they came the next day to rectify the problems that could be done. Once again they were punctual and cooperative, but I felt the same time pressure. Some of the work was not quite performed as discussed with the estimator and some of that was corrected, but some of it was not because it wasn't possible. I admit to being a bit of a perfectionist and what I got wasn't perfection, but it was good. If you use them, be certain that everything you discuss is written into the estimate with complete details. I said I would use them in the future because their attitude was so good, but I am a little reluctant due to the need for close supervision.

Description of Work: Painted entire house (exterior). They were so good we called them back to paint additional buildings on the property. They were not the cheapest but definitely the best I have ever used.

Description of Work: Pressure clean and paint outside of home. Prep work was unsatisfactory with many lose paint chips remaining after pressure cleaning. Some areas were not cleaned at all. It appeared that speed was more important than quality.

Description of Work: Excellent communication and very professional job. They were also quicker than we expected. We bought an Angie's List deal, and the price was higher than the deal because the house was bigger than the allotted size, but we expected that. All-in-all, a really good job.

Description of Work: Dan is very progessional. They went above and beyond fixing cracks, pressure cleaning and preparing for the job. I am using them again for the interior of the house. Very happy.
