Roxy and Yolanda were very proficient and attentive to detail. I highly recommend them.

Ignored our instruction not to clean the baseboards and then upcharged 175.00. Missed cleaning the den. Two calls for the owner and none returned.

I bought a townhouse which the previous had a cat. Crystal Clean came in before the movers arrived and cleaned the walls, floors, baths, showers, kitchen cabinets, draws, windows, etc. When I arrived the following morning all I could say was WOW. The house was 1000% cleaner, top to bottom. Lakisha and her crew were outstanding. I will be using Crystal Clean again and again!

Amazing! My regular cleaning service canceled last week and then canceled again this week. I couldn't wait another week to have the house cleaned... we were walking on a sea of dog hair. I called Crystal Clean at 12:30 p.m. and they had 2 people here (one was the owner) in an HOUR! They also charged less than my regular cleaning service. The place is now spick-and-span. You wouldn't even know a dog lived here. I highly recommend Crystal Cleaning.

The two professional and personable ladies showed up a bit early and were ready to begin promptly at the appointed time. They were fully equipped, meticulous, and efficient, and they accomplished each cleaning task beyond my expectations.

Hard working ladies and made sure everything was inspected before leaving. They came and cleaned once. I called to hire them and was told I would get a call back and never did. I called several times and left messages. Also talked to a young man who stated he would call me back but never did. Not sure if the girls are coming or not today. At this point the fact that they do not call back when they say they will has changed my mind about hiring. The girls that came to clean are being treated unfairly, if the customer service is awful. I feel bad for the hardworking employees.

We thought a bit expensive but they did such a Great Job! They did a detail clean, ceiling to floor. As Gregory said "everything you can see" will be cleaned. They cleaned inside and out of all cabinets, appliances, drawers, they even washed the walls so It was soooo worth it. I couldn't be there to do it myself so this was the best solution. Thank You for a job well done!!
