gfreat, what's more to day???? I cannot furnish exact datre, cAUSE IT WAS A COUPLA MONTHS AGO! I'LL INVCLuDE A DATE, BUT IT WI;LL not BE ACCURATE!!~!!!

It went well. Had to schedule another appointment because one spot light remained dim. They indicated that it is difficult to see the brightness during the day which makes sense. They will be coming back out to repair that light. Update: They came back out and repaired and changed the bulb for the dim light. They did not charge me for this rescheduled appointment. They are professional and courteous to work with. I will call them again when I need repairs.

They were professional, thorough and very reasonable.

They fixed cut wires in my landscape lighting and replaced all the low voltage light fixtures with LED fixtures. I had 8 lights replaced at $150 per light. (He only had 4 with him and is coming back next week to install the rest) They gave me a credit for the $89 I paid to Angie. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend this company.

On-time and professional.. Price for bulbs was a bit on the pricy side however they gave a bit of a break given the amount of bulbs that needed to be replaced. They also provide a Quarterly Maintenance service. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors!

We were very happy with their service. In fact, we are about to order additional lights to replace our old ones because we are very satisfied with the ones this provider ordered for us. They were very friendly, on time, honest and professional. Communication was also great. When one of the lights we ordered was on backorder the office called us that same day and informed us about it. Other providers would have probably kept us wondering about when the light would finally arrive.

Excellent job. Tech got the system up and running at price advertised. Would use them again.

The service worked out well for me. They were one of the best companies I have worked with in terms of honesty and integrity. The owner was the one here working with me and he advised me to purchase the deal. He really worked with me which was great. He spent quality time addressing all of my 12 landscape lights. He repaired all of the lights and replaced two fo them.

Technician was able to troubleshoot my lights and found 4 areas where the cables were cut. He repaired those cables, fixed three other lights that need reconnected, changed bad bulbs. Did an excellent job and whole service3 was about an hour and a half. Well under the 2 hour limit on the Big Deal. Very courteous and explained the problem and solution.

It worked out fine. They had to come out three times, because they had some issues trying to get everything fixed. They took care of everything in the end and they did not charge us anything additional for the extra trips. There were a couple of parts that we had to pay for and we expected it. They contacted us a day or two after I made the purchase. I would use them again.

The first technician who came tried to sell us a new system after telling us he was going out on his own. However, the company called us to follow up and insisted on coming out to re-do the inspection and make it right. the owner of the business came out the second time and made the minor repairs needed and the system now works fine.

they also proposed some additional services while they were there, which I agreed to consider for the future. They really want to earn your business, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Very well. Very professional in initial contact and answering all questions. Gave me suggestions and an estimate of costs. Arrived on time and finished project in the time period estimated. The results even exceeded my expectations!

Technician was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Because our system needed a fair amount of refurbishment, the cost for parts was high, but not unexpected or out of line with what others have charged. He did a wonderful job. I had one light fail after he left. I called Angel and they returned and corrected with only a nominal additional parts charge for a part within the lamp (lamp was actually working during initial visit so was not repaired at that time). Great customer service and great work. Would highly recommend this company.

We moved into our house of Feb of this year. The landscape lighting included both commercial grade and non-commercial grade lighting. The representative came as scheduled and was very professional and friendly. He checked all of the lights and explained which lights could be repaired (bulb replacements) and which lights could not. Two of the spot lights that could not be repaired were the non-commercial grade lighting as that lighting was almost 10 years old and the years of exposure to condensation and lack of maintenance by the previous owner made them non-repairable. The rep explained our options which included purchasing lighting directly from Landscape Lighting. We opted to replace two of the non-commercial spot lights with spot lights offered by Landscape Lighting ($125 per spot light) . It only took about a week from the time the rep ordered the lights until he was able to come back and install them. He also re-set all of our timers and took his time to explain how the timers worked in the event we wanted to re-set them. The landscape lighting looks great and I would use this company again.

Technician found ac wire connection to transformer in burnt condition and shorted out the transformer. He came back the next day with a replacement transformer. One day later the lights failed and he came back and corrected. I was not there and don't know the nature of the problem.

Went well, however had to wait or over a month for an appointment

Casy was awesome and repaired all our paver lights....something that no one else has been able to accomplish for us in 7yrs!! He took the timme to explain the route of the wiring and the options that were available for us. We are going to hire him to install more outdoor lighting for us, we are that impressed with his work!!

I had 3 other estimates from Angie's List folks. Casey had the most vision by far....and his price was the best! They were awesome to deal with....and came right back out to fix the timer....the day after we called! Will definitely use them to finish the back yard or for lighting maintenance in the future! Super nice people!!

The technician, Mike, was extremely professional. Several light fixtures needed replacement and he handled the situation without any problems. In fact, LLR returned to our home today to install two more fixtures.

It went well and as expected.

Job done as scheduled, professional work

Did what they said. On time. Very friendly. I will use and recommend them from now on
