+ -1 moreHe comes out once a month. Gary charges $45 a month. Gary has been with us for 10 years. I guess the price is reasonable. He is not different to anybody else. He does a lot, we have a two-story house. The quality is good. He is good, he has taken care of some other issues I had in my community. There have been rat problems, he has caught some of them in my pool area. I haven't seen any, for a long time. So he took care of that. He is always here, he does whatever I ask him. If I see a problem, he is right over and doesn't charge me. He is always here on time. He has been very good.
Description of Work: We use Pioneer Environmental Services for pest control.
