Description of Work: I called them several times about replacing a window on a sliding door. He did not want to come out and assess the situation; I measured it and he told me he didn't have a window to fit. No offer to cut one for me or to deal with it in any other way and no referral given to me for provider who could help me.

+ -1 moreIt went well. He was able to repair the windows and tell me a lot about how the windows worked and how to keep them in shape.
Description of Work: David replaced the springs and mechanisms for the sliding windows on my house. The sliding windows have hurricane glass and are consequently very heavy. The springs allowing the windows to lift had broken on several of them. David replaced the springs and rods with heavier ones. He worked on six windows.
