I hired this company to do my lawns and pool over a year ago. I became progressively dissatisfied with their service and telephoned them - they had 2 numbers one on their email and one on their invoice. One was disconnected and the other one didnt answer. But the invoices kept coming by email. I emailed back multiple times asking them to call me to talk about the service. Nothing. Nothing but the bills kept coming, so in December I emailed them terminating their service. But they kept coming. I sent yet more emails and still they didnt get the message. I did not pay another invoice after the december bill, and they still kept coming. I was never at the property when they came- except for today April 19. I was enjoying some rare at home time and the house was overtaken by lawn mowers and trimmers screeching. I went out to the owner who was on site and asked him why he was there explaining I had sent him multiple messages to stop. He got angry at me, swore at me, and told me the house never looked better - and that he never heard any of my messages and gave some story about changing his "billing service" - none of which was my problem or concern. I told him that as a customer perhaps I was entitled to a view of how my property was being treated and I wanted him and his team off my property immediately. He told me I "should stop being such a dick" and he would not leave!!! You cant make this stuff up. I could not believe what I was hearing and told him again to get off the property. He didn't. His team kept working on the property. I have called the police to report this incident. BOTTOMLINE - guy is unhinged and does a terrible job - cut the grass way too short, never trimmed bushes as agreed, and pool was often dirty. Do not use him - there are plenty of other services in the area.
