Prompt, professional, purchased Angie's big deal, examined job, it was assessed to cost more due to materials. Job turned out great.

These guys were on time, finished the work quickly, and did a fine and neat job. The orange peel spray did not come out perfectly, but, overall, I would definitely hire these guys again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $120 to paint an interior room. The room was, admittedly larger than the area contemplated by the coupon; however, a large portion of the room is occupied by cut outs in the wall and a giant window. We were charged an additional $100, which I thought was a little steep. However, the work was done perfectly, so no complaints.

The ceiling in my garage started for fall down. I went through Angie's List and found J.R. and requested an appointment. He contacted me within a couple of hours and we made arrangements for him to come out and assess the work needed. J.R. and his son arrived exactly right on time (punctuality is very important to me). He evaluated my ceiling and noticed that not only the section that fell down needed replacing but he showed me where I was going to have more problems down the road so I decided to go ahead and replace the entire ceiling. The work included clearing out my garage (not an easy task), ripping out all the old drywall and disposing of it, all materials (drywall, screws, tape, etc...) replacing all the drywall and finishing it w/texture. This took 3 days (right smack dab on time each day) and each day they would clear out my garage and then at the end put everything back into it. I'm giving them a "B" for price and that's basically because who wants to spend over 2,500 on a garage ceiling? It could have been 1K and I would have still thought it was too much as I would much rather spend that money on a home improvement that I would enjoy. So it's not really a "B" for their pricing, it's a "B" for too much money for something that had to be done. I would highly recommend J.R. to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

His service was fine, and he did a nice job. His attention to detail is quite good. The room was slightly larger than the deal called for (12x14 vs 12x12) so there was a surcharge, which I anticipated. He also charged us extra for the trim, despite the fact that there is little trim in the room - the doorway has no trim and there is no bathroom, so he only had to do baseboards. I found his trim surcharge to be a little unreasonable given the situation. While the painting service was good, I am unhappy with the paint. JR recommended Behr paint, which we have had bad luck with in the past. But based on his recommendation we went with Behr Premium. During the job he told us the paint was not sticking well to the previous paint (a Glidden with which we have had favorable experiences). When it was done he told us to let it cure for 24 hours, which we did. Now, a few weeks after the job, I can see the former green color through the new color. I wish we had gone with the same painter but a different paint.

Unfortunately there was an up charge because the square feet of the place was larger than what the deal was for. I think the additional charges were $300. Honestly, they left some spots on the driveway and said that it could be pressure washed out. I did not verify that but that’s what they basically had told me. I think they should consider publish their pricing on additional square feet. The reason why I may not use them is because probably they were more expensive than I initially thought.

Everything went well, they were very quick to respond and got the work done within the timetable that we needed. We were very pleased with the work and how they conducted their business.

Didn't clean up very good. Quality of work was marginal. Never returned my request for estimate on bath remodel. Nice guy and son.

I had a water any leak that caused damage to my drywall on the ceiling. It was fixed with two men and they were extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Company was very responsive and was available immediately after purchase. However, the 3 hour drywall purchase was really 1.5 hours for 2 people (father and son). The drywall texture is really a one person job and took about a solid hour. They did not ask how heavy I wanted the texture and the result had a great deal of heavy bubble like blotches. I mentioned it looked heavier than i wanted. They mentioned I could fix it with a putty knife after it dried and that it would not appear as heavy once dried.. It actually looks heavier and is not "orange peel" Texture. I had asked them early on to quote some additional work I wanted done and they indicated they could fix the drywall if I chose to retain them for the additional work. These "deals" on the surface appear lucrative but in the end, one person made close to $200 for one hour of less than average work. I would beware of these "Groupon" type deals that always seem to have some sort of catch. In the end I will have to pay someone to get it done to my satisfaction.

I received a contact from him quickly, and he came out to give me an estimate the next day. He promised me a proposal that night or the next day, and it has been over 2 weeks. He was very personable, but I wish he would reached out to me.

He came at the scheduled time and brought his son. They went right to work. They made sure everything got covered to avoid dust in that area. The drywall looks great and then they also cleaned up everything before leaving. He is always personable and professional and knows what the job entails.

I sent an email to this company regarding several aspects of the work I needed done, scheduling and how to make contact with me. After multiple communications between us they claimed they never received it the final email with my address and phone number. I then called the service provider to get scheduled and he said he would call me right back to schedule. He never called. The next day I called again and could not reach anyone. It was at this point I contacted Angie's List to cancel the Big Deal.

No work was done. I had to keep calling him, and he told me there was no way to do it on the schedule date.

Both the hole and the door punch were repaired very well. You can't even see where it was. He even painted it for me.

They fixed a corner in the garage where my husband had parked too close to the wall and dented the corner. Two technicians completed the work in less than three hours. The service was great and they were very nice.

The gentlemen were very nice but the prices were extremely high.

The owner replied quickly by email to arrange a service date after I purchased services through "Big Deal." The owner and his partner (his adult son) were prompt, friendly and professional. We reviewed the necessary repairs and he explained what was covered by the package I purchased. We discussed the cost of additional repairs as well, so I knew what the exact total would be once the work was completed. The team work well together and followed through on everything they promised. They even cleaned up before they left (sweeping, etc.) I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

It was good. It's a good quality job.

Painted small bedroom. Asked to paint ceiling also and said that this was not included in the $99 price. I asked them to do it for extra. They charged me $108 to do just the ceiling! Ridiculous. Not a value at all. Don't really think they are good painters. They didn't remove switch plate covers so I had the touch up under all the switch plates. Just not a professional job at all. On the upside, they were on time, nice and didn't leave a mess.
