Prompt service, A-Z called immediately after asking Home advisor for assistance, set up appointment , and fix the same day. Alan knew exactly what was wrong and said I didn't need a new unit, only a sensor that a electrical surge could have caused my problem.

Amazing amazing amazing. I backed into my garage while it was half open. Richard called at 8am on thanksgiving (the morning after it occurred) and said he'd be able to come over within the next few hours because I have a flight tomorrow morning to catch. He was in and out within an hour and saved me from having to buy an partial or complete garage replacement. A true god send and blessing.

Absolutely seamless! Garage door busted a spring on a Saturday afternoon. I reached out not expecting to hear back till Monday. A-Z reached out Sat. evening, had our door working Sunday afternoon. The cost was reasonable, the work was professional, in and out in 20min.

The guy that did the work was very polite

Our garage door kept sticking halfway up. I contacted A-Z Garage Door Services through Home Advisor. Richard came to our home the same day of our initial phone call and replaced the steel rollers with nylon ones (much quieter!), and balanced the door and adjusted the settings. Unfortunately, the same problem happened the next morning. Richard came back out within an hour of my phone call and replaced the circuit board. He did charge us for the part, but not for the return service call. He is friendly, professional and an experienced Navy veteran. We would highly recommend hiring him for any of your garage door needs.

Richard came on the same day which was a Sunday. He was very friendly and the garage door was fixed within an hour. The cost was $225, so a little expensive, but was thrilled to have the door fixed so quickly. He knew exactly what needed to be done, had all the tools and supplies needed. I never could have completed the job on my own.

We were very pleased with his professional manner and the quality of his work.
