They came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. They took care of what was necessary and didn't encourage me to do things I didn't really need at this time. I received a good education in garage doors and what to do to keep mine at peak operation.

They understood the necessity of a disabled person to be able to get out and in the garage for such daily things as the wheel chair, so the were here immediately the morning after I'd called the night before. The guy was great, explained how the spring worked , showed me the broken part, even drove across town to get the right size spring as we have a heavy duty hurricane door that is heavier than standard doors. He installed oit, checked out the entire set up and was gone. I'll def use him again
