Todd came out for on-site inspection. Others wanted pictures, which seemed odd. First contact was Tanya and her professionalism and courtesy on the phone sold me right away. Workers on time and did a excellent job. Fair price and great work !

Very good work but could improve communications. No call to remind/confirm appointment day and time and no call to say they would be an hour or more late. I had to call the office who had to call the tech and then call me back to let me know. Outside of that, they are very knowledgeable about their product, other cleaning products and cleaning processes. I would hire them again and ask for better communication around the appt.

They were on-time, worked hard and did quality work. Our tiles and grout look like new! As a bonus great customer service.
