After having had the same cleaning lady for the last 12 years (she left the city) I could not be happier with Rio Services. Not only are they thorough and punctual, but they are very accommodating to your schedule. The first service was pricier, which I knew, as they spent nearly 6 hours (two of them working non-stop) in what they termed a "thorough" cleaning. It was outstanding. Not only did they clean the normal type of cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, floors) but they climbed to all my ledges and dusted all around (I have 14 ft. ceilings and they had to climb ladders to access some of the areas), including all fans. They also cleaned my most used windows, a totally unexpected benefit. Their products are very nice and when they leave my house looks very clean and smells clean. Incidentally, they do the smudges on doors and windows every time they come. They also will make beds if you want them to do it (I only have them do my guest beds). I would recommend Diego and Sonia to any one.

Sonia and Diego arrived promptly and cleaned our home for the first time. They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. We have scheduled them for our cleaning every other week.

Sonia and Diego came to our home for the first time today but did such a fantastic job cleaning!! I can't begin to tell you how clean our home is and how nice they made everything look. They arranged the stuffed animals in my daughters room and even put some of her little ones in her bath towels as they hung them in the bath room. I was barely able to walk in the door before she was almost dragging me around the house to show me how nice everything looked! But most importantly, they are professional, punctual, and definitely reasonably priced!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to help them clean their home!!

We schedule them maybe twice a month as needed and they are thorough and punctual. They were more affordable priced then competition. Higher rated too.

A team of two arrived very punctually and cleaned thoroughly. They were professional and personable. They moved everything -nicknacks, furniture covers, and light furniture- and cleaned under them. They cleaned fans, blinds, inside of windows, and wiped down appliances and cabinets. They brought all their cleaning items and supplies with them. They were very conscious of giving time and value and found things to clean until they had cleaned for a full 3 hours. My home is modest and I felt like they treated it like a mansion - even fan folding the tissues. I considered my home a challenge. I combined households with my daughter when I moved in with her resulting in a lot of clutter and 5 animals - 2 dogs and 3 cats. To make it worse, neither of us is home much and haven't kept up the cleaning. At my daughter's request, we eliminated her family room and bedroom and they cleaned only the main rooms and my personal areas. I am extremely pleased with their work and plan to use them monthly.

We purchased a "big deal" last summer for this company last year. They were so impressive that we hired them on a regular monthly basis. We have used other cleaning services in the past and none have come close to performing equally. The house is always spotless. They cleaned kitchen surfaces of major appliances, counter tops, tables, interior of microwave; cleaned bathroom including glass shower walls, etc.; dusted furniture/bibelots/bric-a-brac, vacuum throw; vacuum and cleaned area rugs and hardwood floors. They even cleaned fireplace insert and glass door, as well as the glass patio doors. personnel have been cleaning my house for the past six months on monthly basis. I have found them to be reliable in meeting their scheduled appearances. Their work product is excellent; both timely and thorough; carried out in a diligent, workmanlike manner. This is a family operated business that functions very cooperatively. They are personable in conversation yet totally professional. Their physical aspects are conventional without excessive affectation. They arrive on schedule and work diligently. We highly recommend Rio Cleaning Service. We have contracted with RIO Cleaning for continuous service.

We have 6 cats so there is cat hair everywhere. They do an excellent job of cleaning. They move things and clean under them. We have a granite sink that they use a special cleaner on that remove the white marks that appear. The cleaners they use do a great job but there is no harsh chemical smell to them. They are also very accommodating. We both work from home when not traveling so they frequently have to work around us and our schedules. We sometime have to change our scheduled day and they always work with us. We have used them for 2 years and are very happy with the job they do. We also have them do extra things like our screened patio.

Rio Cleaning is a team that comes in and gets to work immediantly. They have a specific routine and they get to it. They bring their own tools and supplies. They are pleasant and cheerful. I like that they are thourough, cleaning fans and lightsetc. They do all the wooden floors and have them lookng shiney and clean. I f I have something extra theywill do it if possible. I will continue to hire them and would highly reccomend them.

beacCl\\Since Carla has been cleaning our condos they are the cleanest they have ever been. she takes great pride in her work. She even adds little decorator touches We live 1,000 miles away, so Carla is more of a property manager than housekeeper. We rely on her to handle any problems that pop up with any repairs that are needed, makes sure that the condos are well stocked with basics for our guests, and makes our apartments look very inviting with her little designer touches. She will always go above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend her services..

They are kind and courteous! They are wonderful.

They are great, we have had a few cleaning services in the past but I can easily say they are the best experience we had by far. They always arrive on time, they are quiet throughout work, they take care of everything and plus... exceed our expectations for sure. We are very pleased to have them coming to our home on weekly basis.

I've to say, in many years using the same services has got me used to "just ok" ladies, don't settle! A little change from time to time it's just what we need. It so happens that my regular cleaning services called and cancelled one more time, .... A good friend of mine sugested I would try a local company, The SuperMaids came to the rescue and I'm so very pleased, they were very professional, really polite, they provided me with a detailed house cleaning, they cleaning every surface of my home, from dusting, polishing, at times with a toothbrush... Oh my! It was a amazing experience, truly worth it! Holidays are going to be a little easier now that I have found them.
