I considered my home a challenge. I combined households with my daughter when I moved in with her resulting in a lot of clutter and 5 animals - 2 dogs and 3 cats. To make it worse, neither of us is home much and haven't kept up the cleaning. At my daughter's request, we eliminated her family room and bedroom and they cleaned only the main rooms and my personal areas.
I am extremely pleased with their work and plan to use them monthly.

We purchased a "big deal" last summer for this company last year. They were so impressive that we hired them on a regular monthly basis. We have used other cleaning services in the past and none have come close to performing equally. The house is always spotless. They cleaned kitchen surfaces of major appliances, counter tops, tables, interior of microwave; cleaned bathroom including glass shower walls, etc.; dusted furniture/bibelots/bric-a-brac, vacuum throw; vacuum and cleaned area rugs and hardwood floors. They even cleaned fireplace insert and glass door, as well as the glass patio doors. personnel have been cleaning my house for the past six months on monthly basis. I have found them to be reliable in meeting their scheduled appearances. Their work product is excellent; both timely and thorough; carried out in a diligent, workmanlike manner. This is a family operated business that functions very cooperatively. They are personable in conversation yet totally professional. Their physical aspects are conventional without excessive affectation. They arrive on schedule and work diligently. We highly recommend Rio Cleaning Service.

We have 6 cats so there is cat hair everywhere. They do an excellent job of cleaning. They move things and clean under them. We have a granite sink that they use a special cleaner on that remove the white marks that appear. The cleaners they use do a great job but there is no harsh chemical smell to them. They are also very accommodating. We both work from home when not traveling so they frequently have to work around us and our schedules. We sometime have to change our scheduled day and they always work with us.
We have used them for 2 years and are very happy with the job they do. We also have them do extra things like our screened patio.

I like that they are thourough, cleaning fans and lightsetc. They do all the wooden floors and have them lookng shiney and clean.
I f I have something extra theywill do it if possible.
