Description of Work: We recently had our home remodled and had 900 sq ft of ceramic tile chisled up to be replaced with wood looking tile. The job turned out great.... but EVERTHING WAS COVERED IN TILE DUST! in closed cabinets all of our walls, ceiling fans, drawers, plant shelves, you name it. Georgia came in with her band of white tornadoes and returned our home to pristine condition. adding cute touches along the way. We have chosen to keep her on a regular basis and we would definitely recommend her for your home.

Description of Work: Georgie cleans our rental property on a monthly basis. We live out of town and it is such a relief to know I have a service that is so dependable. Georgie cares for our property as if it was her own and our guests always compliment on how clean the place is.

Description of Work: We LOVE Georgie. My hot button is honesty. I'm tired of house cleaners who steal to support their drug habits. Georgie does background checks, and she as well as her employees are honest. The quality of the cleaning is excellent. When you walk in the house you don't have to "go around" them. Everything is done, clean and sparkling. Georgie is great with pets too. I don't have to worry about my cats getting out by mistake. In short, I think Georgie is fantastic. I wish I could afford to have her come every week. Call her. You won't be sorry.

Description of Work: We recently moved to the area and rented a large furnished condo which as been sitting vacant for a long time and was very dusty /dirty. I called five different cleaning companies with no returned calls. I finally called and left a message for Georgie of Perfectly Clean. In a matter of minutes she called me back. After explaining my situation to her, she went out of her way to come and give me a complete estimate 15 mins. later. She was very professional and knowledgable about her craft. She took ample time to discuss in detail all apects of the services she provided and made us feel comfortable. She gave us a price and three separate dates in which she could do the clean. After receiving calls back from the other cleaning services (most were higher priced and a few would not come out to give us estimates), we decided to go with Perfectly Clean. We went with the full house deep cleaning package. This was a BIG job and Perfectly Clean stepped up to the plate and did a wonderful job. They came out in a team of 5 and arrived on time (I even received a call the night before to let me know the exact time they would show up in the morning). They came in and worked in teams to cover every area. Everything was moved, cleaned and put back in place. The entire condo was spotless and we could not have been happier. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Perfectly Clean (we are even thinking about a monthly clean by them). If you are looking for a quality cleaning company, look no further - you won't be sorry.

Description of Work: An elderly tenant had been living in my rental for over 10 years. Because of his long term occupancy and failing health the house was in very bad shape. Georgie came over, gave an estimate and she and her crew came back on the agreed date. Because of my schedule she worked me in and worked late to get the job done on time. Very professional in every way as were her crew. She went above and beyond in every aspect of service. All the things you think might be missed were totally done. Baseboards, blinds, windowsills, inside the refrigerator and all the cabinets. They found several things under stuff and they brought them to me. One on my pet peeves with cleaning services is that they don't put things back in place. You would never have known they were moved except the tables and shelves were clean so you knew they were moved and cleaned around. She referred me to a carpet cleaning service that was excellent as well. It was a pleasure to work with her and her staff. I have made arrangements to have her continue service after the property is remodeled and rented. That is one of her specialities. I have no doubt that she will work as well with tenants as she did with this first job. All of the previous reviews were spot on. I read them and that is why I called her.

Description of Work: When Georgie stopped by to give me an estimate on a "deep clean", her professionalism was immediately evident. She promised that she and the ladies would be like a "tornado" in my home and that they would be here for most of the day. That is exactly what happened. They arrived on time with a monstrous amount of cleaning materials and several vacuums. I have cathedral ceilings, and high-hanging chandeliers. NEVER have they been so sparkling clean. Due to illness, the housecleaning had been neglected for several spring/fall sessions, but these wonderful ladies set about making everything clean and more than presentable again. They are all "business", and work together like a well-rehearsed unit which is what they are. We will continue to have Georgie's ladies clean for us because, clearly, no one has done it better!
