Great Customer service. They were able to come out same day for non emergency situation. Technician quickly identified problem and had it fixed in 30 mins.

The service went great. I recently used them to flush a water line. I was not home while they did the service. I have had no issues with scheduling.

They are very prompt and responsive. Not only are they quick, but they are also thorough. I had a lot of little jobs for them to address as well and they advised me of what they could and could not fix. They were also very knowledgeable of regulations. They gave me piece of mind because I was out of state with my daughter on site and had to check out the repairs while not being there.

Today John and his trainee arrived on time, were very personable, and very professional. They immediately went to work replacing a bathroom sink and two toilets. They wore booties to make sure they didn't track anything on the floors and they left the work areas as clean as they found them. I was very impressed with their work. We had a few laughs along the way and they were in and out before you knew it. I would highly recommend this company, especially their tech, John. The price was good (with Angie's buy it now coupon), the job was done right and the results are great. I would employ their services again!

The service went well. I could not have asked for a better service. I had them re-install a toilet. One technician came out and completed the work in about a half hour. He was knowledgeable and had a good personality. He was professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. I had no problem scheduling the deal at all. I was able to schedule the service just a few days after purchasing it. I would highly recommend this company to others.

We've used him several different times. He's highly recommendable. There were no dislikes. Everything was perfect.

The communication was good. He brought the new water heater with him, replaced it, and took the old water heater away. He cleaned up all the trash and left everything tidy and clean.

I was so worried that my granite counter tops might suffer damage but they did a perfect job. And the clean plumber really is clean. So neat with everything involved. I had used them several times before and when I saw the ad for the Angie Special I got it. Just wished I had gotten two since I would have saved more money. Now that I know how it works I will.

Great communications with company, they called in advance to advise when the plumber was on his way. Plumber (Tom) did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Used a $119 for $200 Angie's list coupon which helped bring the total cost down.

The technician was extremely professional, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. They responded promptly to my call and set up the appt. the same day. I purchased the new disposal unit and the replacement took all of 10-15 minutes. The charge of $226 was a bit steep for the time involved. He was nice enough to wave the $35 service fee for driving out.

Larry came out and was very punctual and very neat. He set right to the task of seeing what was wrong with my faucet, It had been leaking for some time and there was evidence of rust. In the attempt to remove the faucet, Larry noticed the extend of the rust and that it would not be an easy removal. He alerted me to the options and went over new faucet replacements that I could choose from. He then had to power saw his way through the items and was able to do so quite efficiently. After that it was a quick install of the new faucet and everything works perfectly now. I have used the Clean plumbers in the past and I will continue to do so in the future. The have a great group of folks! PS... I did get the Real Deal for 119.00 for 200.00 worth of service. So total out of pocket was 338.00!

THEY REPLACED THE DRAIN ASSEMBLY IN THE UPSTAIRS MASTER SHOWER STALL, AND IT WAS NECESSARY TO CUT A SQUARE PIECE FROM THE CEILING DRY WALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR KITCHEN AREA. THEY WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS DURING THEIR WORK AND ALWAYS REMAINED FOCUSED ON QUALITY.

They did a very good job. They got everything done and the price was reasonable. They came out about a week after we purchased the Deal. They had to get a few ducts in a row before we could have them in our home. We called them and scheduled them for when it was convenient for us, but they had the availability. There were some additional charges to the Big Deal because we had to buy several parts to fix what we needed. I think we spent about $120 for parts. Everything that they fixed works very well right now. He was a very nice gentleman. He got in. He was very clean. He had the booties and everything and he did his work efficiently. He was in and out in less than three hours outside of going to get parts. He cleaned up after himself and that is not I see some of the other plumbers I had do. He did call to say that he was running a little late, but he was late.

I initially spoke to Patrice in the office, who had a great attitude and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. The first service tech, Tony Christian, arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. After we received the replacement filter housing parts in the mail from Moen, the second service tech, John Monks, arrived as scheduled. He removed and replaced the defective parts and I was very happy with his work. Both techs wore covers over their shoes to protect my wood floors, were clean and had good communication skills. This was my first experience with The Clean Plumbers. My wife selected them from Angie's List due to their A rating, which is well-deserved.

This was the second time I have used The Clean Plumbers and I was completely satisfied this time, just like the first time. Tom was my technician the first time and I asked for him specifically this time and that's who came to do the work (thank you!). He was great - very professional and cordial, and he really knows his stuff. The new faucet works perfectly now and I'm sure it's saving me money by not wasting so much water. Tom advised me of the problem with the shutoff valve on his first visit and I elected to have it fixed this time. Once again, the work was excellent and I now have a fully functional valve with upgraded parts that are superior to what was there initially. And I'm pretty sure the cost for doing that part of the job ended up being less than what he initially quoted me. I LIKE THAT!! I highly recommend The Clean Plumbers and Tom for your plumbing needs. I also highly recommend purchasing the Big Deal - $119.00 for $200.00 worth of work. I have done it twice and it's a great way to save some significant cash.

Kitchen faucet started to leak water over the weekend, I saw the Angie's List deal for this company and called Monday to see when a plumber can come out for a service call. The representative from Clean Plumbers was very delightful and nice, she informed me that a plumber could come out today for the service and all I had to do was to buy the deal online. Tony came out around 4pm and give me a quick estimate for replacement of the faucet. While the price was a little high then what I was expecting, Tony did an outstanding job, he was very professional and honest on the issue. He replaced the old one with a new faucet in under 1 hour. I was very pleased with his service and the service provided by Clean Plumbers and would recommend them in the future.

The outside facet was in a very tight space. His years of experience and know-how helped him maneuver within the space he had to work within. He did a good job. At the end he suggested that we buy some foam to fill the space around the facet.

It turned out good and they did a good job. I did not have any problems but I thought they were a little on the high side on price. He got the job done in about 30 minutes and knew what he was doing. I would consider using them again and they came out the same day that I called them.

We purchased this service to have two toilets fixed (they were running constantly) and a third one that we wanted a new flush handle instead of the push button one that we had purchased from Costco. They came in, inspected and said they could fix 2 but did not recommend fixing the 3rd since it was all rusted inside. This is when I asked if they could do a replacement with my choice of toilet from Home Depot - the American Standard Vormax that had great reviews. They said yes, but they would charge a markup for it - which is normal since they would also warranty the toilet and the install. They did mention that if the toilet flange was broken, they there would be an additional charge for these. I asked them if they could guess - they said they could not. The +s: - always called before coming in - were extremely punctual and on time - wore booties when working inside - really experienced people who know what they are doing - caulked everything up after the install - took away all the old stuff and the packaging etc - made the purchases for us at homedepot even though they normally do not use them (don't know why everyone uses ferguson ) The -ves: - wish they gave an estimate of what it would take to do a job over the phone (especially for things like replacing toilet) - a little better cleanup of the area after the job is finished

The service man got to our house right on time, and was very polite. He asked what was wrong and I told him there is a small amount of water coming out of the drain pipe. I thought it was the T&P valve as the water comes out of the drain occasionally, especially on cold days, but has recently increased. He immediately said you need a new hot water heater. A new hot water heater had just been installed about 2 or 3 years ago, and now we would need another new one. My wife and I said give us a price and we will think it over. He then said the problem is actually not the hot water heater, but instead we would need an expansion tank and a new T&P valve. He said he thought the water was coming out of the bottom of the tank, but now notices that it was coming out of the drain pipe. The fact that the serviceman was so quick to say you need a new hot water heater, did not instill any confidence. First impressions do count. $39 service call is not so bad, unless you have no confidence in their service. Obviously, the ratings on Angie's List are excellent, which is the reason we called this company. I am sure this is a great company, but our experience was not so good.

I have a hole in my wall, plants dug up and was charged way to much. I felt like the discount was useless since I ended up paying over $400.
