Our experience with this company was outstanding. I will definitely use them again.

Appointment was scheduled, with no hassle, for the following day between 2 and 5 pm. I received a phone call at 1 pm stating they were running ahead and could be at my home in 5 minutes. I work 45 minutes from home, so we agreed that my original appointment time would remain. I received a phone call at 4 pm stating that he was "on his way" At 5 pm, I called to find out where he was and was told he was running late because of traffic from South Tampa (I live near Westchase). He didn't get here until 5:30, at which time I had to leave him in my home alone, so I could pick up my child from after-school program. If I had known he was going to be so late, I would have pick up my child sooner. From my experience, it appears that scheduling and communication regarding scheduling needs improvement. Once he arrived, he was professional and performed quality work.

Everything went fine. He did replace the aerator on a different sink without charging me anything extra.

The service went very well. I would use them again.

I contacted Val this morning and a couple of hours later Paul showed up and got to work. He was nice, professional and didn't leave any kind of mess behind. Besides the steep price it was a pleasant experience being it was my first time hiring a plumber.

They came out and got the job done quickly. We had a water shut off valve that was buried under a bunch of mud, and he was able to dig it out, and also replaced the cartiage in our guest bathroom for the hot water. I was very pleased the work.

My garbage disposal clogged while I was out of town so I called Maurici based on the strength of Angie's List Reviews. The call service lady and the plumber were both courteous and professional. They were able to get someone out to my house within a couple hours much to the relief of my wife. I used the $39 Angie's List special for a service call. I understand I was paying $39 for the plumber just to come out and assess the situation. According to my wife, the plumber was on time and polite. He vacuumed the standing water in the sink, took apart the the trap and cleared out some clogged food. He was in my house for no more than 10 minutes and did not have to take apart or replace any parts in my garbage disposal. The charge for his services were $240 including the $40 for the service call. That's $200 for 10 minutes work. That equates to a $1,200 hourly rate. After seeing the bill I am considering quitting my job to become a plumber. I am a tax attorney. I called the company office to discuss my bill a day or two later when I got back into town. The manager returned my call a day later and politely listened to my issue. He said his plumber was in South Florida visiting his mother and would be back the next week. He would talk to his guy and call me back. I waited over a week and noone ever called me back. Obviously they don't feel like having to justify their ridiculous pricing which is why I rated them an F for professionalism as well as well as responsiveness. I believe they thought they could take advantage of my wife who was the only one there to accept the estimate. However, when you only do 10 minutes work, don't replace any parts and still charge $240, its pretty obvious to anyone that she was getting ripped off.

My husband was home when the plumber came. He said the work was handled very satisfactorily and professionally. We are pleased with the final product.

It was good. They corrected the problem of the valves popping off the water heater and blew a hole in the plaster. They came back that night to fix the valves I had to call them back to get someone to fix the plaster a month later They came out quickly.

Great work. Very friendly. Will use them again.

A lot of people said they were really satisfied with Maurici. That's why I called them that one time. But, they told me that they were all booked up and that they didn't have anybody that they could send out right away. They finally sent somebody out. He did the job. The job was okay but he left a mess. I had to clean up. So, I wasn't happy with them. I thought the price was kind of high. They were polite. But, they didn't have enough people to come out whenever I needed them. I couldn't wash clothes because it would overflow in my drain. They came out two days later. So, I just didn't wash or do anything until they came out. They were messy when they checked all my drains. They were professional. Their workmanship was good. But, I wasn't satisfied with their price or their cleanliness.

Work was done in a very professional manner. Also told me how I could save some money buy using a coupon that was on Angie's list. I would definitely have them come back to do other work in my home.

I purchase a coupon for $119 for $200 worth of plumbing services. The charged me and additional $63 to put in a dishwasher. Basically connect two lines! Lowes charges $148 to install and remove the old one. I had already removed the old unit. Just a rip off coupon to lure you in to be charged more.

Company was able to fit my appointment in on the day requested despite their busy schedule. Service was fast and responsive.

I have never hired a plumber before and I didn't know what to expect. The person who came was a nice guy and he did what needed to be done but I was not pleased with the manner how he did the job for the following reasons: 1. He moved things around without asking permissions. As results, things fall of to the ground and he didn't care for that. He also broke a rake by stepping over it (he didn't realize this so I let it slide). 2. The job was not cleanly done. My patio area was a mess after he opened the clog and what he did was just spray the junk away to the corners with my garden sprayer. It wasn't an act of cleaning, it was more making the mess spread around. Totally unacceptable in my view. In terms of the price, after reading other reviews, I have seen various different prices for similar jobs based on the description. I will not go into details but mine, unfortunately is on the high side. I was quoted $246 (not including the $39 service fee) for snaking a clog. I don't know what the standard is out there but I could rent a similar clogging tool from Home Depot or Lowes for $40. I didn't do so because I didn't have the time. I would have made the time if the operator would've told me how much I was looking at. Her response when asked was simply "I don't have the pricing book with me" which is probably smart since if she had told me the price I would have never had the plumber over. Since I already took couple hours from work and paid $39, I, unfortunately, decided to move forward. Finally, I paid $204 ($119 for $200 service + $39 service fee) for opening a clog and I could have saved $164 by not calling them. Imagine what the price would have been without the coupon, it would have been $285 total (for snaking a clog...) I am curious as to what other companies charge for snaking a clog. I wasn't expecting something more than $75 prior to having them over and I deeply regretted this. In summary, based on professionalism, quality, and pricing aspects, I will not hire The Clean Plumbers in the future.

Rep arrived quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. Was very thorough and good and explaining the issue.

Original contact with this company was due to a severe leak in the main water feed line to the residence leaving us without water service. Telephoned Phillip Maurici plumbing during the AM of a Saturday, and was scheduled for service that same morning. Techician Kenny arrived on time and presented himself in a professional manner. After we agreed to pay the $39 dollar service charge, and within about 10 minutes, he had located the leaks (two- one close to the meter and one directly connected to the meter, both visible by simply moving a very small amount of dirt from the line with a hand spade.) He informed us that the price for repair would be 270 dollars, but the coupon offered to Angie's list members would discount the price by $85 dollars, bringing the total cost down to $185 dollars. He completed the repair in about an hour and 1/2, and was on his way, The invoice left by the technician indicated a one year warranty on repairs. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and quite a relief, due to the fact that Ben Franklin plumbing had just given us a quote of between $1700 and $3600 dollars for the SAME REPAIR.

This service men were prompt (day before apt. request), quick to assess - and made a right assessment, and quick to repair - with quality. I would use them again or recommend to a friend/family.
