Insisted on climbing up on the roof to try and unstop the drain through the vent. I had told him the stoppage was where the pipe went through the wall which is where it was. Did not know we had contracted through Angies List.

They're efficient, put in a good system, very helpful. If there is ever a problem they come out and correct it.

He checked out everything that concerned me and advised me that the things that concerned me were probably not real issues for the sale of the house. Only charged me the $39 trip fee. Nice, honest, honorable plumber.

The deal saved me a lot of money and was very pleasantly surprised.

The shower valve mechanism on my bath tub faucet broke as I was showering the morning of 4/29 (so it was inoperable from that point - not a good situation). I purchased the $119.00 for $200.00 worth of work voucher later that morning and requested immediate scheduling of an appointment (like that day if possible) with the technician I have had in the past (Tom). Well, they responded immediately and I had an appointment with Tom for later that afternoon (exactly when I needed it in order for me to get home from work). He arrived right at the beginning of my appointment window and promptly fixed the shower. The cost for that job was small enough that I asked him if he could fix the leaky kitchen sink faucet as an afterthought. He said sure and rebuilt the valve mechanism within a few minutes. Once again, the $119.00 voucher saved me $81.00 - it's really a great deal. This is the third time I have used The Clean Plumbers and each time I have been nothing but completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Our water heater broke today. I called the Clean Plumbers and they were able to come out the same day, which was great. The person who answered was very pleasant. She said someone would call me and let me know a price. Paul called and told me the price and was on his way. My husband said he was very nice and even waived the service call charge. I was happy to come home to see the water heater was installed. I will definitely use them again if we have plumbing problems.

The installers were on time and quickly replaced my faulty hot water heater with a new unit. I highly recommend their services.

I took advantage of the $39 service call. I had a cracked leaking CPVC fitting connecting our tankless water heater to the hot water line of our house. I figured this was an easy job and wouldn't cost more than $100 with the service call. I put in the order Sunday night and they quickly responded the next morning. The technician informed my wife the bill would be $279 plus the $39 service call to cut out the fitting on the 3/4 inch pipe, replace 12 " of the CPVC pipe reglue the fitting and replace the brass threaded fitting. I feel this price was highly inflated. I ended up doing the repair myself. It took me 15 minutes to fix and cost about $8.00 in parts. When the tech left he offered to do it for about $75 less. When my wife said no, he told her it would take me a half day to fix. Wow.

They came with two workers. One was presumably a jr. trainee. They arrived on time. Assessed the situation. Provided a quote and proceeded with the work. They also did as much cleanup as possible. They did not repair the dry wall which I did not expect, anyway, since I know it was outside of their normal scope of duties and the water damage still needed to be assessed. The coupon also was accepted without any hassles.

He was excellent. Punctual, polite and efficient. He completely solved the problem. The cost was $200 but because I had the Angie's list it only cost us $119. I was very very pleased. Would definitely use him again.

The plumber the company sent out was very polite and professional. All the work was excellent. Everything was left in a neat and clean condition. I would not hesitate to call on this company again for service!

Fabulous service from beginning to end. I called to schedule a service call and Patrice was affable and helpful on the phone, scheduling my service for call for the same day. When a service professional was in the area and could come by a little early, they called to ask if I could accommodate and Paul showed up less than an hour later! Paul was professional, articulate, friendly, and competent. Thanks so much for the quick resolution! We will definitely use this company again.

My experience turned out excellent. It was a reasonable price and he was quick and courteous. I was very happy with it. He was very knowledgeable and explained things. Once he unplugged whatever was clogging the pipes, he showed us where it actually goes out into the sewer system. He showed us baby wipes that had gone through and was probably causing the clog. He gave us a couple of tips. I felt comfortable with him. He explained everything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

They came when they said they would. Were efficient with their time, moved the lines, they were gone! Would use the company again in a heart beat! In fact, I have already used them 4 times! Good company.

He did a great job with the work on my water heater, and even stayed until 10:30 as he insisted I call the condo manager to let him know about the issue as it effected the condo community. He went above and beyond the call of duty; I have never seen anyone with such great work ethics. On Monday, Kenny even followed up with me to make sure everything was still doing good.

They answered the phone right away, sent out a plumber immediately (leaking toilet in a one bath house). The plumber is polite and clean. Work was good. I have used this company before and will again.

They did an excellent job. They came right when they were supposed to. I needed a new shower because mine had cracked. He purchased an new steel shower and it should last forever. He was very quick, efficient, friendly and clean. He even put on booties to keep the carpet clean.

They had a difficult time determining the origin of the leak and it would have cost far more to have them do leak detection and so they provided a name of a company that specializes in leak detection to save us money. I thought that was great, very honest, and I really appreciated it. They obviously know how a great business is built... through doing the right thing for their customers. This will come back to them, since I plan to use them in the future and also refer them to others. :-) The leak detection company found the leak quickly, which was a sprinkler leak, and after getting a sprinkler company out, the problem was solved. Thanks to Maurici Plumbing for the direction in helping us get it fixed. Our water bill is MUCH lower now! :-)

As always, Maurici provided excellent service. I have used them for years and highly recommend them, especially Robert and any big issues, Paul is very knowledgeable and always eager to help.

This is the second time we had to do this in 18 months. They were professional in both trips, but I'm not thrilled about doing it more than once let alone this soon. The technician told us the first trip that the main lines probably need steam cleaning, but that is a very expensive process - $800 or more.

It went great. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem -- we had a severe leak from the spigot on the back of our house -- and then professionally and efficiently made the repair. J.C. was friendly and courteous and explained what he was doing while I watched the process. I will definitely use them again and heartily recommend them to others.

I received a call to schedule an appointment the day after purchasing the service coupon. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. The repair man was on time, polite, explained all of my choices, drove to pick up the part that he needed, returned and fixed the leak all in about two hours. I will definitely call for future services that we may require.
