This was a huge job and we are very happy with the service.

Initially the technician thought the issue was with our water softener, however, he saw the leak in full force once the water was turned on. He removed the roots around the affected area and repaired it. The technician was very cooperative. The coupon was perfect. The price was great.

Well . They were friendly, fast and efficient.

Of course, everything comes with a glitch. In this case, the glitch was my granite vanity top. Turns out the handyman who adhered it used an epoxy to connect it to the wallboard and he wedged it in place. The granite top was going nowhere. So the plumber kindly took the drawer part of my vanity and reinstalled it to provide stability to the granite top.

Arrived on time and quickly removed the blockage. Explained cost up front before performing service. Both service techs were polite and professional. Thanks - will do business with again!

The worker was friendly, competent and left the place cleaner than when he got here. Wow!

He had to come back a second time to install the new faucet and he didn't charge a second trip charge. That's good business practice and they've gained my loyalty and my future business.

Our guy, Paul called when he left the shop....GPS showed about a 9:02 arrival time. Was early.......put on his booties, and we did a walk-thru of what was needed to be done. Paul was very professional, knew what he needed to do and got right to work, no rush and kicked through one project after the other. Price quoted from messaging through a Clean Plumbers representative was accurate and as stated, however I also took advantage of the $200 of Service for $119 deal that The Clean Plumbers offered, so I paid the $119 up front for the coupon, and $335 after the work was complete which saved me $81 on the job total. I'm always hesitant at first to hire from local commercials or even Angie's List, however once I find a good company, I am loyal to them. I now consider myself loyal to The Clean Plumbers and highly recommend to friends and family (and maybe even an enemy or two). Thanks guys.....and gals.

It went wonderful. They were here on time and completed the work in one day. They came with price quoted originally. They cleaned up after themselves. The floor was cleaned it was immaculate.

Larry was friendly and was happy to explain what he saw, what was needed, and where we were in the resolution process, leaving no unanswered questions.

After purchasing an Angie's List special for a service call, I was contacted right away through Angie's list to set our appointment date. Tony called prior to his arrival and was very punctual. Both Tony and his coworker wore booties on their shoes to protect my flooring. After describing the problem I was given a break down of the cost of the repair. Within minutes they began working. Thankfully it was a very easy fix. The bathroom was perfectly clean after the service. I would not only use this company again but I would recommend them to friends and family as well.

A technician was at our office within 2 hours of us calling them. He was very polite & completed the service in a timely fashion.

This guy was truly professional. The job went so smoothly. He pointed out issues regarding my water lines and gave me information about care and replacement of the lines. I told him what I was buying for a washer and dryer and he helped me figure out where to put the lines. I am hiring these guys again and will continue to hire them as long as I get this kind of service. Oh, yes!

The repairs went extremely well. I had hired another plumber three times to fix the same problem. The other plumber was cheaper, but after two years of repeat calls every few months, the water leaking issue was still there. The clean plumbers fixed this and it has stopped completely. They are more expensive than other plumbers, but they have a chart they go by for repairs so their billing is not arbitrary and they do offer coupons to help with the cost. I really like the guy who comes out. He's so professional, clean, well-organized and tells me exactly what the problem is and how he will go about the repair. And then he gets on with it. Boom done! I really LIKE these people. I will pay more because the job is done right and they use quality parts so there is no return call. I'm about to call them again for a different job.

The plumber showed up on time and was very polite. The sink clog was taken care of quickly. The leak around the toilet was determined to be from the seal at the base and nowhere else. The plumber removed the toilet, replaced the seal and advised that the leak has been fixed. The next day, there was water around the base of the toilet again. Another call was made and the same plumber showed up again. This time he advised the leak is coming from the seals between the toilet and the tank. He advised it will be another $200+ to repair that problem. I advised I do not agree with paying the additional cost as all repairs should have been during the first service call. He stated the problem is when he moved the toilet the seals may have messed up as they have been there a while. When I advised I will call the office and see what needs to be done, he stated he would call them instead. He called me back about 10 minutes later and stated there will be no charge this time and he will finalize the repairs. Since the second visit, there have been no additional leaks from the toilet.

I ordered a $999 deal through angie's list that covered a 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and installation costs. The Clean Plumbers scheduled an appointment within 2 days for 9 a.m. They showed up promptly to replace the hot water heater. When the plumber tried to drain the old hot water heater, nothing came out -- It was clogged with old sediment after being in place for 12 years. He worked to get it to drain and quickly determined how to unclog it. He did a quality job of connecting the new hot water heater including the gas line and made sure it worked before leaving. He cleaned up after himself and there were no hidden costs. I saw they were "A" rated by Angie's list and that's why I went to them. They earned an A from me as well, good job!

Two guys came out. They were on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I only had a small job, but would call them back for a bigger job.

Everything went very well. They use a great book to quote before they do the work, which I like. They worked fast to get both things done simultaneously.

First let me give you some background. We had a plumbing blockage due to flushing baby wipes down the toilet. We referenced Angie's list and called an oft rated "A" plumbing company. The company offered a discount coupon which offered $100 off an invoice exceeding $200 which we then purchased. Once the plumber came to our house, he couldn't find the sewer access in the front yard, so he had to clean our sewer lines from the roof. He charged an extra $100 for this. So much for the discount. After snaking the pipe, the toilets were flushing so we thought the problem had been solved. The plumber then invoiced us over $300 and told us what else we should consider doing to upgrade our plumbing system and he reviewed the pricing for each of these services. As an example, hand cleaning a vanity drain was $99. I assumed at this point he was working on commission. We naturally declined as the pricing was prohibitive. Just short of a week, everything backed up again and we called the company again. They quickly responded and sent the same plumber who again, snaked from the roof but spent easily twice as long snaking the sewer line. He did search and finally found the sewer access line in the yard, approximately 2 feet from the front door. He did arrange for a third plumber to come out the next day and use a camera system that could be used to look into the pipes. In anticipation of that, we had the County come out and flag the point where our sewer line connected to the County line. The second plumber, using the sewer access point. examined the pipes exiting the house under the front yard and connecting to the city's sewer line. He found no blockages but said that the blockage could be a temporary event caused by scaling on the PVC pipes caused by mineral build-up from previous blockages. He recommended a $700 jet wash of the PVC piping to make them smooth. If this didn't work, he suggested that pipes in the front yard might have been raised by tree roots and if that were the case, they would have to be replaced and relaid at a cost of $5000. Unfortunately, one week later, water backed up once again! Despite the fact that both plumbers were professional, polite and friendly, my wife and I thought it best to call another plumber. Again using Angie's list,we called "The Clean Plumbers" and explained the situation. They immediately responded even though it was Monday morning and we expected to have to wait at least a day. A plumber arrived at 11:30am equiped with a camera and examined the pipes leading from our connection under the house, and ran it ?back? INTO the house and within 20 minutes found a blockage and removed it. It was an area of the pipe, directly under the house, not examined by the first company! He then examined other pipe sections and determined they were clear. The plumber, named John, was highly professional, friendly and efficient. He took the time to ensure that the situation was totally resolved to our satisfaction. We weren't pressured to buy other services and when we need other plumbing services, we will surely call "The Clean Plumbers".

Used a long snake through the drain to unclog the stoppage. Even though this was a dirty and smelly job, the service provider had a pleasant, smiling, funny attitude. Work was done in a professional and courteous manner. Everything was explained to us as work progressed. Protective booties were worn over the shoes and the work area was left clean.
