We were very happy with Gary who is an Angel disguised as a Plumber. He was very courteous, professional & very efficient. We had blockage in our sink, we thought is was a bad garbage disposal but Gary diagnosed the problem to be a little more serious. It seems these pipes were clogged & water couldn't get through. He cleared the arteries & we our sink is healthy again, he also educated us a bit, we are very grateful!

Took 2.5 days. Stayed within quote amount, competitor wanted about $2k more for the same job. They missed out exterior faucet in the quote and I forgot to ask them to do it, so I have 3 outside faucets, down from 4. They did fall through my ceiling in the garage. It was an accident (no one hurt), and I let it slide because I have so much more drywall repair work to do anyway. It would have been nice if they offered to repair it via their insurance or deduct it from the quote. Workers were great, very professional and didn't make us feel awkward. They talked us through all the repair work before they did it. They also avoided creating a lot of holes by intelligently routing the plumbing. They seem to be a c-pvc shop only, no pex. I would absolutely recommend them to other folks requiring plumbing work.

They did a fine job. We didn't have a problem with them. The building hasn't flooded out and we're not drowning so I guess everything's okay. Everything was fine. The price was a little bit scary but we were okay. There was not unreasonable. They were on time. Their professionalism was good.

They were very good and professional. We had out bathroom remodeled and when they took the floor up, the commode had cracked and water was leaking.

I was hesitant to purchase the $119 special because I had no idea how much (or little) the job would cost. If it was too expensive, we wouldn't have done it, and if it was less than $119, didn't want to waste the money. The office told me they'd send someone out, give us a quote, and if it met our criteria, we could just buy the deal while the plumber was there. Paul came out during the appointment time, and gave us a quote. It was a little higher than I'd thought it would be, but it was in our budget, so we gave the go ahead. Paul did a great job. We have a 'weird' bathtub stopper that we've never been able to figure out how to get out of the tub (it's an old tub!). Paul brought it out to us and told my husband in detail how to remove it when we needed to. He also recommended that an easy way to maintain our pipes was to use boiling water, baking soda, and vinegar once a month in all our drains! He finished in a timely fashion without rushing. I told my husband afterwards that I had never had a plumber come out that was as professional as he was. Everything about the service from initial phone call to job completion was exceptional. We will absolutely use them again.

It was just the $119 big deal that we paid. They were very good at what they did. The price was reasonable. They were fairly quick to respond.

I have been using these guys for the past year or two and will continue to do so. While they are a little pricey, their work is excellent and I have never had to call them back with a problem over the job they do like I have with cheaper plumbers. They are indeed clean, and they are professional. This time they gave me a discount for using them again and they gave me a coupon for my next call. They really are good at what they do. I don't believe most of the stuff on this site, and sometimes I wonder who writes this malarkey. But I can assure you, folks, these guys are really good, they are on time, and they will do the job extremely well.

It went good. Come to find out it was jammed. The staff was nice and friendly. I would tell a friend to definitely try them out. He gave me a tool and showed me how I could fix it for myself in the future if need be. He got my problem solved.

He was only over for 45 minutes and also charged me an additional $56. This price was gauging. I am not happy with the service. He never even provided an estimate so I felt very mislead!

Paul was very professional. He was punctual; showed him our 2 showers that are slow to drain. Informed us of daily monthly home remedy maintenance that we can do in addition to him fixing our clogged drains using his gadgets.

We got a deal certificate from Angie's List to use them and they did really well. We got a discount. He was awesome and did a great job. He was right on time. He called, said what time he would be there and was there exactly right on time. We did not have all the parts, but he was able to find an additional part in his truck and not charge us. He was very nice and very professional. I would tell a friend to definitely use him. As a matter of fact, we would call him again. We were very satisfied with what he did.

Paul arrived right on time, looked over the work and provided me with a cost estimate. Once I agreed with the estimate he started working on the project. Paul was very polite, clean, and respectful of my home. He picked up everything when he was done and double checked his work for possible leaks before leaving. I am very happy with the service Paul provided and would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend his services.

I chose this company based on the favorable Angie's list reviews and I was very pleased with my experience. The scheduling was easy (able to do it completely online). The day of the actual service, the plumber called to confirm he was on the way and actually arrived early. We reviewed the 2 jobs and discussed total cost upfront, I prefer this approach as it puts all the cards on the table immediately. Those that have not priced any plumbing work recently will probably be surprised at typical pricing. I have had work done over the past couple of years by several companies, the estimate for this work was in line with those companies. Some additional parts were required and after a trip to the supply house (which actually was handled quickly) the work was performed. I was impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness (I guess the company name is accurate) of the plumber. He also gave us updates throughout the job. Based on this experience, I would easily recommend this company. I also plan on using them for some future plumbing projects.

Awesome! Our plumber was Tony, and was super knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He communicated really well, and made the shower like new! We actually had some bogus quotes from other company(ies), so the fact that Tony came in, told the truth and did a great job, speaks volumes about the company! I strongly recommend this truthful and proficient and great company!
