Gary was great. Very honest and explained everything. Worked as clean as was possible. This was done on Saturday night of the Labor Day weekend and so I was really appreciative that they were able to take care of the problem.

he first asked what was happening then he checked the toilet it worked fine but he continued to check it by having me to add paper to it and flush until it did the thing we were complaining about . he was professional, he checked the drain clean out and ran a snake down through the vent pipe to clear a clog caused by baby wipes.t

They were responsive and came out when they said they would. They snaked the kitchen drain, and were here less than one hour. They charged me $246 for the job and $39 for the service charge. With my Angie's List coupon, it came to $254. Within two days, I had to call them back because the drain was still clogged. The second time they used a heavier snake. I had the exact same problem in February 2014. They came out and snaked my kitchen drain. But in 2014, they charged me $195 for the exact same service. How do you explain a $60 increase from one year to the next for the exact same service?

While it was more than I expected to have as a repair bill, they did an excellent job of fixing what had been a real problem. Very professional job and the plumber helped me be prepared for the additional amount that it would cost to fix the problem. Great job.

This was a great experience. I saw the Angie's List deal and called to see if I could make an appointment before purchasing it. I had water coming in so I needed a same day appointment. By the time he got there, we had figured it was not plumbing but roof. He came in and agreed with us. He was so nice. He went up into the attic to check just to make sure. He as able to tell us about where the leak was and what he thought it was. I was very impressed that he provided such excellent customer service. Will definitely call again when I have a really have a plumping problem.

They opened a clogged pipe. Not sure what exactly they did but they opened the pipe.

The plumber had a defective part which required me to run to the plumbing supply to get a replacement part in order to keep the plumber on the job. The plumber did not tighten the faucet fixture enough because a few days later the entire fixture was wobbling and I had to get under the sink to tighten it myself. I haven't had any problems since then.

I was not there, but my parents report that they came and did the job well and were gone in 30 minutes. I prepaid 115.00 for $200.00 worth of work and my Dad had to pay an additional $15.00 or so, when they left. So, taken into consideration, it was a very costly job for a relatively minor problem. I'm happy with the results but pretty surprise at how much money plumbers charge these days.

Larry from The Clean Plumbers came right on time for our estimate appointment. He reviewed the items that needed repair and gave us our quote within 15 minutes. We decided to go ahead with their offer and he left to get the pieces he required. About 45 minutes to 1 hour later he came back and took roughly 30 minutes to get everything done. He was very professional and pleasant, focused on getting the job done. He wore booties the entire time he was in the house and would remove them when he went out; he cleaned up any little messes he made before he left. Although after he left I noticed he left one of his towels behind in the bathroom. I suspect it was because it was a white towel he left on a white laundry bin, so it was easy to miss. We're saving it for you Larry!

I am very happy to have found these guys. We had been having back-flow problems every 4 months and already knew we had a cracked drain line where roots had gotten into the pipe. We kept putting off getting it fixed because we had been getting very expensive quotes from other plumbers - and this was something our home warranty didn't cover, so we'd be paying out-of-pocket. After subscribing to Angie's List (specifically for this job), I had decided we would use The Clean Plumbers based off all the good reviews. And I am so glad we did. Very friendly customer service, and the guys were punctual and very nice. It was a big job and they had to dig up a spot in the front yard to get to the pipe... in the rain. And the final cost was half of what all the other plumbers had quoted. They did a great job at a very good price and I will be using them again.

Difficult install of valve required more disassembly in tight quarters than anticipated due to a frozen valve. Tech worked hard and quickly. Flat price quoted escalated when it seemed more involved. The price of $188 for about an hour's work seemed high. No parts were involved. CAVEAT: Flat pricing may be a business model that generates initial low quotes that routinely escalate, resulting in higher cost than hourly plumbers.

Project took about 90 minutes. Copper pipe taken out, replaced with PVC since pipe had a second leak hidden underground. Job went smoothly and quickly Service call was prompt and professional. Minimal inconvenience. Highly recommend for plumbing issues.

Kinney and the crew worked quickly to resolve the Leak. They were friendly and explained the problem which existed. I would have them back again. if something goes wrong. Thank you again.

We bought an Angie's List deal to have a sink faucet and garbage disposal repaired. When the plumber arrived, he gave me a price for each repair up front which was absurdly high. Because I had already purchased $200 of repair services I had no choice but let the plumber proceed with an incredibly expensive 30-minute job. I will never use this plumber again and I strongly recommend calling for a price before purchasing any "deals" from them.

The serviceman was on time and gave me an estimate which was hundreds less than another quote. He was able to get the job done the same day. It turned out that one of the parts I had purchased did not fit. But he was back a couple of days later to finish the job when I had gotten the right part. I was very satisfied with the work.

Friendly, knew what he ws doing and even helped with another project

Guys came on time, went up on the roof, hooked up a machine and cleared the problem in a matter of minutes. Fast, clean and professional.

Paul was our service technician today. He was extremely knowledgeable, had great customer service skills and very friendly. Val in the front office was extremely wonderful and helpful as well. They are now saved as a favorite contact! Thanks again for everything.

Original call was to fix hot water faucet on Roman tub, unable to fix...replaced kitchen faucet and charged an additional $97.00 from the special that I had already paid $119.00
