Arrived on time. Was very clean and professional. Wore booties in my house. Replaced my kitchen faucet in about 30 minutes. Was very easy to have in the house, very professional. Took my old faucet to dispose. Would use this company again.

Company was prompt in contacting me and scheduling service. The plumber arrived in the scheduled window of time and was clear about the work to do be done and the price. Work was completed quickly.

Friendly service! Came at the time I requested. Was fine with me watching all the work being done. He explained everything in detail. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing service.

It was okay. The work was done in a timely fashion. I just think it's expensive for what is done but that's just my opinion. I use The Clean Plumbers.

They showed up promptly at the appointed time, and I booked the appointment on the previous day, which was great. However, for an hours work, and two toilet tank kits, we paid $365.00, and that was with a discount for being established customers. Without a discount, this work would have been well over $400. The Clean Plumbers always does a great job, fixes whatever it is on the first try, and true to their name, they leave your premises clean, which is a definite plus. For something simple like this, however, I am feeling we can no longer afford to call them for small jobs. Will have to learn to do this ourselves, or shop for a more reasonable price. I would rather wait a little longer than pay so much.

Install went good except when I had to pay 3000.00 to remove a broken flange that took two minutes to remove. I thought that was a bit much but I am not the expert. The staff that I dealt with are very professional that pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service.

Gary came out and was as kind and professional as you could ever want somebody to be.

Terrible! They parked their truck in the driveway and I had just paid $12,000 to put pavers in the driveway. It leaked all over the driveway and I had to spend another $125 to have it pressure washed. A week and a half later, the toilet clogged again. They came back and used a plunger on it which I could've done. He said it was working alright and there was no problem with it and then left. I'm not happy with their services and I thought their price was ridiculous. I would never use them again. When I called them to complain about the driveway and see if they could pay for the pressure washing, they didn't even return my call. When they did, they said that it wasn't their responsibility and wouldn't do anything about it. They showed up when they said they would show up.

Did a professional and timely job.

The technician was professional and prompt. He even called ahead to make sure I was home. He proceeded to inspect all faucets before installation. All bath countertop/sinks need replacement due to shoddy home grade plumbing. The only faucet replaced was the kitchen and was done so in a quick and efficient manner. I even received a postcard thanking me for using them. The only con was the price, $211 for just the kitchen install. However, I understand why they are more expensive than the big box guys. You get what you pay for. I am still waiting on countertop measurements 10 days later from the big box guys. I would definitely use them again for any other projects.

Had to frist bring in a company to find the leak then it was repaired very fast.

At first it did not go well and the plumber was asked not to do anything. he was there to take a look at 2 showers that didnt have working cold water. a leaky toilet tank and a leaky sink. after the first person spent a few hours looking over the issues he recommended to my wife that we replace the entire toilet as that would be easier. he was not able to find an issue with the sink but did see that one of the valves under the sink was missing a handle. total to fix the valve and the toilet: 500 bucks. he said he had not see the model shower system we had and that is was common as a lot come from china. the other shower was not checked because he did not have the tools needed to removed the assembly. I told my wife you say no thanks and i'll take a look when i get home. I fixed the toilet with a single 99 cent washer for the tank bolt. the other was fine. it was a little rusty so i had to use vice grips. 10 minutes and all set. The valve under the sink needed a new handle so i snagged a whole valve from HD and replaced it myself rather than just toss the new valve for the handle. The sink that he said not find an issue with had a nice puddle under it from a few hours earlier. that turned out to just be the collar on the drain. a few extra turns and that was fixed. Total spent: 6 dollars and 20 minutes. after this i called the company to let them know about what had taken place. They were very understanding that i would like a resolution to the issues with the showers and that i would not like the same person to come back. They sent a different tech out the second time and he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and order the correct parts. Turns out not from china and one of them had a life time warranty and the part was free. less than a week later he came back out and installed the shower diverters and the total cost was 90 + the 200 i prepaid via coupon. I was very happy with my second experience!

Plumber was great. They showed up when promised, did quality work, made sure there were no leaks, and cleaned up after they finished.

Tony did an amazing job! He happened to be in the area when I called so he arrived within 30 minutes. We discussed the leak and problems with repairing it. He helped me understand my options and pick one that worked. While he was disconnecting the water heater, he noticed it had no local shut off valve. He said he would put one on for me to make it easier in the future. The water heater was sitting in a plastic tray, so he was able to move it enough to do the job without having to empty it. He used an air hammer to clear out the area around the pipes. It was hard work and he didn't damage anything else in the small area. He removed all the rubble and saved what could be saved to refill the hole. He rerouted the pipes outside, but right next to the wall behind the water heater. He tested for leaks and made sure all the lines in the house were working properly before mixing the concrete and beautifully filling the hole with concrete. The finished job looks great. I can't wait for it so dry so I can put my washing machine back in place.

To say that I was pleased with the service that Mark and Eric provided would be an understatement. Those guys worked very hard to identify my problem and to get it repaired no matter what. They worked for hours in the hot sun, and they stayed until the job was done---and done well. In addition to performing the plumbing work, they helped me deal with the city and with the various utilities, who had to get involved during the job. I highly recommend this plumber, and I cannot say enough about Mark and Eric. Those guys rock!

They were able to fit me in on a Saturday which was much appreciated. As always, the workmen were very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Will definitely use again in the future.

9/22/2015: Had and excellent experience with The Clean Plumbers. Israel the technician that was assigned for the job was exactly at the time that I was schedule to be at my home. After showing him what I needed to be done, before start anything he told me how much it would cost me for the work I needed to do. Israel explained everything he was doing and also why some parts needed to be replaced. The whole issue was done quickly and in a professional manner. In the future if I need another plumber and won't hesitate of calling The Clear Plumbers again.

Everything went well, the associate was able to resolve our issue and upgrade our shower faucet.

Great service rep for company. Professional and courteous. Provided details of problem and offered solutions. Cost for repair higher than Angie's List deal so happy with end result.

Had a good experience with The Clean Plumbers last month. I moved into a new home and immediately had issues with the sewer line. These guys showed up on time and were happy to find the most efficient way to unclog the sewer line. The technician I worked with explained everything he was going to do before he did it and updated me as he went along. The issue was resolved quickly and the technician even made a couple recommendations for things I should consider having updated related to the plumbing in my new home. Overall, it was a great experience.

The technician arrived on time and provided excellent service the coupon purchased was well worth what we paid. Without the coupon this service would have cost nearly $400.00!

Service man came in 30 minutes, gave us an estimate, purchased the part and returned to fix the leak. They accepted a coupon purchased online at Angie's List ($119 for $200 worth services).

When we discovered the old piping we had men working in the area, applying a water barrier to the exterior of our house. I spoke to Paul and he arranged to have a plumber (Israel) come out right away. Because of Maurici's quick response the pipe issue never slowed the other workmen down. It's been difficult to schedule the water barrier project because of the rain so we are grateful to Maurici Plumbing for preventing another delay. Maurici Plumbing is the best.

This company is always fantastic. Paul, who has been to our house many times, determined what we needed and gave us an estimate. I purchased their deal on Angie's List which saved us $80. Tony & Erich did all the new piping on July 10th. They encountered several difficulties but stayed on task and managed to complete the job in one day. Tony & Alain returned on 7/18 and checked our drain lines with their camera. They showed us our lines were fine but discovered standing water in the city sewer pipe just across our property line. We were unaware the City had a break in their pipe and reported it right away. We also happened to have a conversation with Tony about the pros and cons of back flow valves. He told us anytime we think the sewer may back up we should take the clean out caps off our drain lines. During a tremendous storm about 2 weeks later (and because the City had not fixed the break in their pipe) sewer water backed up into our shower stalls!! Unbelievably disgusting. Fortunately we were home and remembered Tony's advice to go outside & remove the clean out caps. We were extremely grateful we knew what to do. In a panic I had also called the office and another plumber, Tom, called us back right away and confirmed what we needed to do. After the lovely sewer experience I talked to Paul several times about back flow valves and other alternatives. He is a wealth of information, very honest and we appreciate his help so much. Maurici Plumbing always goes above & beyond. Great plumbers and nice people.
