First time customer of Phillip Maurici Plumbing. I was positively impressed with the company as soon as the phone was answered. Patrice was very professional and was quick to take the information down and provide a solution. She gave me a time window for service and I asked for a call when the serviceman was on his way. Sure enough I received a call which is remarkable for I have tried to this with other service providers with few calls received. The problem with the house was that the drains were slow and at backing up. We had another plumber auger out the drains but the problem returned after a couple of weeks. The technician (Tony C) arrived and he immediately put on shoe covers before he went in the house. He did a few tests to see if he could locate the blockage and determined he needed to send an auger through the 3" drain pipe under the sink. In order to use the auger in the house Tony had to cover the floor with a plastic tarp to prevent damage. Tony checked the progress of the auger through the clean out hole in the drain pipe in the front yard. The first thing than came into view as Tony ran the auger through the piping was a 6 foot long stretch of the auger the previous plumber had left in the plumbing. That's right the previous plumber caused the latest problem. Tony is very customer oriented he kept me informed on exactly what he was going to do. He took great effort to make sure he didn't leave a mess in the house. Running that auger in the kitchen was no easy task. He cleaned up swept up and left the house in perfect condition. Bravo to the excellent people at Phillip Maurici Plumbing.

One of the best experiences I have had with a service provider in a long time! The interaction started off well when I first called. I did not have an emergency by any means, but I was tech would be here at 9:00 am. At exactly 9:00 my door-bell rang. There were two young men that arrived exactly on time. Both were polite and cordial (I believe it was John and I don?t recall the other?s name). I had a slow running faucet that another service provider told me was the cartridge. I had replaced the cartridge and it did not help. I was not hopeful for a good outcome. Much to my surprise, ?John? almost immediately said I think it is in the ?restrictor? and I can fix it. He fixed the faucet in like 5 minutes. He proceeded to ?improve? two other exactly the same faucets. Within 20 minutes, they solved my problem that I was certain was going to be huge. I am not certain how many plumbers out there would have known exactly what to do in this scenario (I know the preceding one did not). I would highly recommend for any plumbing service.

All my contacts with The Clean Plumbers were outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to install the new water service without destroying my walkway located directly over the broken line. I am especially grateful for this because I could never match the brick in the walkway installed many years ago. Jay and Eric performed the work. They went above and beyond to protect my walkway and yard. They dug under the walkway to connect to main water line, then dug a new line beside the walkway. They dug under a portion of a second walkway rather than harm it. They also were very careful to protect all surrounding plants. When they left, the yard and walkway were immaculate and all the sod had been replaced. You could not tell they had been here even though they replaced 55 feet of underground pipe!!!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their work and the customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

Silly me. I've used the Clean Plumbers before, and was VERY PLEASED. Unfortunately, I called a plumber who was closer to my house, and when they got to the house, they gave my wife a price we thought very high for running a snake through our drains to unplug them. I remembered the Clean Plumbers being more reasonable, so I called them. They would not give me an estimate. Person politely told me they don't do that over the phone. I told them that they could be losing a job, as I thought they would be cheaper. The person reiterated that they don't give out that information over the phone. I was very disappointed, and don't expect to use the company ever again.

He was very professional, explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. After he was done he cleaned up the area. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would recommend this company and I also used Angie's coupon $119 for $200 of Plumbing Services!

I purchased a hot water heater (HWH) from this plumber 14 months ago. It comes with an electronic gas control valve made by Honeywell. On Saturday, the pilot light went out and would not stay on after relighting it. The valve produced an error code that is easy to look up on the manufacturer's website. There is no repair; the entire Honeywell valve must be replaced. I called The Clean Plumbers on Sunday to fix the HWH. A plumber called me back and said it would be a wasted service call to come out on Sunday because he doesn't have many parts on his truck. I called The Clean Plumbers on Monday morning and explained the problem, the error code, and the manufacturer's suggested repair. The scheduler said a plumber would be out in the afternoon. When the plumbers arrived they had not been informed about the HWH model number, the problem I was having, or the error code. They attempted to light the pilot and informed me the error code indicated the gas control valve had to be replaced (really?). Since the scheduler didn't pass on the info they told me they didn't carry the part on the truck. They called the shop and were told they didn't have the part at the shop but could remove one from a new HWH and return later to install it. The part was still under warranty but I was quoted a price of just under $300 to install the new valve. I agreed because what choice did I really have? They returned later and installed the new valve, which took about 30 minutes. I complained about the price since it took so little time. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the service call to diagnose the problem. Final price - $223.00. The plumbers did a fine job with the repair. My main problem is with the rate structure this plumber uses for repairs. A service call is less than $100 but the rate to install the valve was almost $450 per hour. That just doesn't make sense. Two other things: first, it's insulting when a customer takes the time to pass on an error code but the scheduler doesn't bother to pass it on to the plumber that's scheduled to fix the problem. Second, they could stock the obvious parts for the equipment they sell.

As always with Maurici the clean plumbers, excellent.

Precisely on time. Had booties over his boots. Quoted us about $250 for the work plus a $39. We were told all the work would cost $211 when we scheduled the appointment. He called his company and they approved the lesser amount. Work was done well and took about 1h 15m.

As mentioned above, I am very grateful they made sure that someone came before the end of the day - which meant that the plumber arrived at seven pm. We were not charged for after hours visit.

The Clean Pumbers arrived early, as promised, and did the work immediately. Also answered a few questions about the house (we just moved in) . The work was excellent, guaranteed for a year. I will use them again and I recommend them.

WH crapped out on us today and called the Clean Plumber based on Angie List recommendation. I called them at 8:00 this morning and someone showed up at 9:30 this morning. Great experience. They were done in 3 hours. You would never know they were here based on the cleanup. Highly recommend

Everything went very well. The plumber arrived in the promised window, gave me the price, and proceeded to do the work quickly and professionally. Yes I would use them again. I am happy with the finished products.

The provider charge a little more for the service once they got here. I would have agree but it was something so simple to do that I did not see the need to charge more.

I was very pleased and impressed with the service provided. The plumber, Gary, arrived on time, and was very thorough and professional. He completed an initial assessment, discussed his findings with me and suggested the most cost effective way to attempt to correct the issues, such as attempting repairs vs. replacement of an older faucet. As he was completing the repairs he took the time to show me some unexpected issues he discovered and how he was going to correct them. I felt very comfortable with his assessment and recommendations. I have since scheduled a follow-up appointment to have work completed on another bathroom that needs attention.

I would call them back anytime. Israel did a wonderful job and was very nice, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.

This company is very responsive! They had a person out to our house on the Friday we called to request assistance. We accepted the terms and they had a team on site the following Tuesday. We were not sure what caused the hole, other than some sort of erosion. They located the portion of the sewer line that was the issue, then created a relatively small hole in our driveway to access the line. During their work, they afforded me opportunities to photographically document the cause of our problem (a utility had shot fiber through our sewer line years ago). The line was repaired, the area cleaned up, and the hole clearly marked by the end of the day. The plumbing team was personable, careful and efficient.

I am very happy with the work performed by The Clean Plumbers. They were fast to contact me to arrange an appointment for service. The servicemen were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficiently fixed my broken toilet and broken tub drain stop. They worked to find me the best price that included the $200 credit through the Angie's List deal, I am very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to others.

My shower had a leaky valve on the hot water side. More water would come out of the handle than the shower head and needed repaired. I found the Clean Plumbers on Angie's List and called them out for a service call after all the great reviews. My experience was no different. The plumbers arrived on time when scheduled, introduced themselves, and put on shoe protectors to not track anything from the outside to inside of the house. They took a look at the leaky handle and took out the bad valves. Since the parts could not be repaired, they left and picked up a new set at their supply house. They promptly returned, fixed both valves, and installed new handles that looked better than from before. Shower has worked perfectly now with no more leaks.

This was a repair on a rental property and the timeliness and communication were great. The Angie's list coupon saved me some money and helped me get a problem fixed without me running to the property.

They came on the day and time of appointment. I was not there as I work out of town but my wife was, only knowing I had a coupon and she was to pay the balance with a check after he was finished. She said he took about an hour and a half, and installed an outlet as ordered, and as discussed with the person who did the estimate. My problem with the company is this. The final bill given to my wife was over 350 dollars. There was NO addional work done different from the estimate I was given. Very little time or material was used. It seems the plumber who did the work "Gouged" us on the price and I was not there to question why so high a price. Also the plumber while there ourside my home, stepped on and broke the new set of tail lights I had mounted on trailer guides to put on my boat trailer. My wife said he told her he broke the light accidently, and would not "Charge" a "service call" fee in exchange for the damage. Yet, the price was still over 100 dollars more than estimated. I feel taken advantage of in a big way. I would not use nor recommend this company to anyone. The work was very well done, and works perfectly. Great workmanship in fact. I do feel I was overcharged, and basically the coupon I purchased was a just a piece of paper to get a job, then the price covers any discount. I left a message with the office to give me a call but got no return, I just let it go as lesson learned, I do love the fact I have outside water again, thank you for that. The service for the big deal from The Clean Plumbers was fine. They did all right. It was pricy, it seemed like they were trying to get their money back on the saving with the final price that they charged. They ended up charging us $250. The service was fine but it was way overpriced. The coupon basically was worthless to be overcharged for the service. The price was the worst part of my experience. They were on time.
