Awesome service. I called at 7:30, He arrived some time around 9:00 AM. Quick and easy. Tony put on shoe covers before entering, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem. I used their $119 for $200 Angie's list coupon. I always appreciate this company's outstanding and honest service.

The plumber showed up on time and called prior to his arrival. He assured that he put on shoe covers before entering house. After a quick discussion and view of the plumbing issues in the house, immediately went to outside access and verified the line was clogged on the outside and provided an estimate to repair. He also mentioned specials that The Clean Plumber had without me asking. He was quickly able to clear the line on the outside and recommended methods to treat the line and prevent clogs in future. He also cleaned up after completing work. I was very pleased with their service.

Service was excellent from start to finish. I received a quick response from Patrice, which was critical because I had a very short window to work with as this was in preparation for an Open House this weekend. They were flexible with scheduling and I received a call when Kenny was on his way. My appointment window was between 2:30 and 4:30 and he was there by 2:25. Kenny was very friendly and his expertise showed from the get go. I cannot emphasize enough how nice it is when someone comes into your home to render a service that they are personable. I could have chatted with Kenny all day. :) I've never had a "go to plumber" before, but I do now. I don't even need to look anywhere else. You want a great job done..The Clean Plumbers are the one!

Called for PVC repair on broken pipe that was identified in home inspection (new home). Joe came out timely and identified the water softener wasn't even connected and was very old. Decided to purchase new softener unit and Joe installed. Very pleased with all areas of service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He came out gave an estimate and wanted $131 more dollars to do the work.

Went fine... but $200 each for PVC water line cutoff valve installation is huge.

It worked out fine. The guy did a good job. He was courteous and pleasant. He did a good job although he had a problem with the equipment and couldn't finish the job and so, I had one of the neighbors do that. We were satisfied with what he did. It did cost more than the bill deal price but I don't remember how much more. With the deal we got, I think the price was fair. Without that, the price would have been a little high. I went with them because of the equipment.

As usual they are upfront with their costs. They offer a yearly "plan" to get discounts on services. I can't remember the cost but it was something like $60 but because the total cost of the work included the disposal was so high, the cost of the plan gave me a higher discount on the service than what I paid for the plan. I wouldn't advise anyone to just get the plan but it may be worth it financially. They're clean, as their name suggests. And they have a book that breaks down the costs of all products and fees which means there is high visibility. Less likely to get hosed. Get the Angie's List coupon before you call them out. It can save you a $100.

I scheduled Maurici Plumbing in advance to reconnect the sink & plumbing the morning after the new countertops were installed. (Our sink is a top mount and the granite fabricators only install the undermount type.) Maurici's sent Israel to do the job. Israel is a very good plumber (he has been to our house before) and I knew he would do the job right. We have a wide, 3-bowl sink so there's a lot of pipes & drain hoses under the counter and he put everything back in order beautifully. No leaks. I purchased the Angie's List coupon for $200 worth of plumbing services for $119, saving us $81. (Otherwise the total cost would have been $427.) I appreciate the coupons they offer through Angie's List and I know we can rely on Maurici Plumbing for quality work.

After two other plumbers either threw up their hands or said "no way," I called The Clean Plumbers to tackle getting Humpty-Dumpty all put back together. I'd used this company to install a new water heater a couple of months prior and had no problems. Another plumber had been recommended to reinstall all my plumbing after my kitchen renovation. With two plumber fails I was delighted that The Clean Plumbers did not seem thrown by the scope and difficulty of my plumbing needs. The addition of a farm or apron front sink was the source of all the difficulty as the deeper sink lowered and therefore cramped the many things going on under my sink. All the previous plumbing configurations were not possible. With a large disposal, new dishwasher connections that wouldn't reach and a reserve osmosis system & tank under the sink--well, lets just say it was very complicated, and tight! The Clean Plumbers sent Jay out the afternoon I called. Jay was very pleasant, positive and professional. He didn't seem thrown at all by all that I had going on under that sink. After a couple or so hours he had everything working perfectly. Jay had to be creative with getting it all to work in such a tight space but took it all in stride. And, when finished it all looked nice, not like the jumbled mess I had anticipated I'd be left with. I regret not calling The Clean Plumbers first, but will definitely next time.

The Plumber (Tom) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He got the work done and it looks professional. Much better than I could have done myself.

He quoted me a price of $179 to replace 2 flappers and a float arm. This was on top of the $119 I paid Angie's List for the equivalent of $200 of plumping service from this company. In total I would have paid over $300. Two flappers and a float arm cost less than $15 in parts and you don't even need to tank the tank off to replace them. Total "value" I supposedly would have received would have been $379. I paid his service fee of $29 and said no thanks. Angie's List refunded my $119. This outfit also goes by the name of Maurici Plumbing. Buyer Beware!

Maurici Pluming is great! Fast, professional, friendly & fair priced.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. They took extra care to ensure that the proper piping and valves were installed for operation. They also supplied two bags of salt for the softener since I clumsily forgot to purchase sat. Overall, they did a fantastic job! They cleaned up behind themselves with everything in working order and threw in $25 off just for the heck of it. This is a great company and I will absolutely hire them again for any plumbing projects!

The Clean Plumbers were a great company to have repair our plumbing issues. They showed up promptly at the time they said they would & were considerate in placing shoe covers over their shoes to not bring dirt into our home. They were very friendly and professional, worked diligently to repair our issues successfully, and even tried easy fixes to try to save us money before pulling out the machines and spending more time & labor, that we ultimately needed to fix our plumbing. However, we appreciated their attempts to save us money and the honesty in doing so. They did not rush through the repairs; they took their time and did a thorough job. Our plumbing has never worked better! They also cleaned everything up to look like it did when they arrived. I would hire them again!

Israel arrived on time. I originally wanted the bathtub fixtures changed as well, but he was honest and advised that the fixtures that I bought from Home Depot were not compatible and he replaced the spout with for no additional charge. He explained what he was doing as far as the repairs and advised for the future what type of fixtures I needed and the best brands. When he left, the area in which he worked was clean and it looked like it did before he arrived. Great service and experience!

The company represented that the $39.00 was a "Service Call". It was not. It was a charge for providing a diagnosis of the problem and give us an estimate. However, the diagnosis was incomplete (failed to pinpoint the problem) and the prices to unclog the drain are $70 higher than market. Overall, a waste of money.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for $119..00 for $200.00 worth of plumbing service. (Normal installation price is $211.00.). Larry showed up on time and was very professional. He completed the job in a reasonably short period of time even though my husband was having a health emergency at the time. He was very respectful and did an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.

My 22 year old daughter recently purchased her own home. She had issues with the water heater from the very beginning. Initially we had this company come out in July to check her water softener and also repair her hot water heater. The first plumber was extremely helpful and explained that although her water heater was under warranty, that only covered parts and not labor and the parts were pretty cheap. She chose to go ahead and have him repair it rather than contact the company about the warranty. He did a great job repairing the issue and was kind and helpful. The rate was reasonable in my opinion at a little over $200 including the servicing of the water softener. A few months later she began having issues with her hot water heater again. The gentleman that came out was extremely kind, he explained that there was nothing wrong with her water heater but that the issue was with the childproof feature on her faucet that was restricting the hot water to a certain temperature. He corrected the situation and turned up her hot water heater at no cost. My daughter is a full time college student studying to be a special ed teacher and a brand new home owner. It's wonderful to know that there are still good people in this world who are fair and don't take advantage of people. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their great work and most of all their honesty. Thank you to The Clean Plumbers for taking great care of my girl. I sincerely appreciate it. You all are truly a blessing.

Went excellent. This company has always been exemplary. The plumbers are clean and their prices are more than fair. I only use them based off of my experiences.

It was okay. It was not the deal I expected. It was just a regular service. They didn't give me options. I figured that there was something wrong with my plumbing system. But it turned out that I didn't need a service. He wanted to sell me a membership. I rejected it. He said, "If you purchase a membership, we will give you further discount," and I said, "No." Overall, it was a good service. The guy who came to my home was knowledgeable. He had a lot of experience.
